I had a hum in my subwoofer at very low volumes and between songs. The RCA cable I was using was high grade but unshielded, unsheathed, woven/braided conductors. When I added this shielded coaxial cable the hum disappeared, the new shielded cable obviously eliminated electrical fields causing them interference.

My son bought two of these high quality monoprice rca cables for his home stereo system he really really likes them he says they are definitely high quality and made very well and he said they don't carry any interference in them and are built to last a long time he is happy to have gotten such a great deal two for the price you would usually pay for one of a different brand definitely recommend can't go wrong

Durable no-frills economical RCA cable. Best price found for my 12” Klipsch sub woofer connecting to my Yamaha HTR 5740 5.1 home receiver/stereo.  Safety rated for in-wall installation that I needed.

Solid, economical, no frills RCA cable.

I now use this cable for all analog connections. If I can get a 72dB phono signal at 47k?, cranked to 11, to be almost dead silent (relatively speaking; no phono signal will be absent of hiss at such levels), then this cable is the answer to all analog connection questions. No romance, no magic, zero flash - just a rock solid signal.  And for $3.20 a pair.  Every "high end" cable manufacturer out there should be shaking in their boots (as well as ashamed, in most cases).  Do yourself a favor and try them out.  You've got nothing but $3.20 to lose if you don't like them.  In the utterly silly audiophile world of cables (it's wire, folks), at some point you have to (you really must) be honest with yourself.  Can you actually (really, genuinely) hear a difference?  What do you hear?  Or in my case, what didn't I hear?  Well, in my silly audiophile world all my other interconnects just went up for sale.  I've been through dozens and dozens of systems and dozens of dozens of cables over the last 30 years.  I'm sure my system will change at least a few more times (here and there), but I'm officially done with "high end" interconnects.

A perfect analog interconnect.

I bought these as replacements cords for the heated shield on my snowmobile helmet. They work GREAT and are much less expensive than the original cords. You may have to crimp the ends to keep them from coming out on the trail but that is a minor adjustment. I would definitely buy these again!

Great Price!

Using this as a cable to connect my sub-woofer.  Fits extremely loose into the RCA jack.  The sub had a L/R input, so I purchased a Monoprice Onix Series - 2-Male to 1-Female RCA Y-Adapter.  This cable would fall out of the female side of that y connector if you held it vertical.  That's how loose the connection is., not good.  Seems to be a recurring theme with Monoprice AV connectors.

I would not recommend this cable, unless you are fully aware and are ok with the loose connectivity.
