I purchased this refurbished iPad for my youngest granddaughter. It wasn't packaged in any type of Apple packaging ( thought it would be). The device was not charged, I have other Apple products so using a fast charger it took an entire day to charge. For her this will do but I will never purchase a refurbished Apple product again.

For a young child this is perfect

my kids love it but they can't get on no games to play because it keeps saying update iOS

I ordered one and mistakenly ordered a second one and have not received a refund and I an very disappointed in Walmart.com

It doesn't work, it doesn't open once you set up the password.

Of course its a refurbished ipad, but you will not be able to download any new versions on it, so you cant install anything on it. the only thing it will do is connect to the wifi, thats it

Dont waste your money

For Christmas my husband and I bought our 5 kids refurbished iPads. On Christmas Day we set them up and learned that you cannot download any apps whatsoever on any of the iPads. They aren't on the latest software and there's no way to update them. The chargers all started to break one by one within the last couple weeks. I've had to replace every single one. The tips broke off into the iPads. Now I have 5 disappointed kids and we will have to replace them with iPads that are actually up to date. Waste of money.

The seller has been unresponsive to my attempts on contacting them in regards to the iPad arriving broken.
