Great Home printer with amazing print quality for the money. Very good and acurate ink yeilds. Replacement ink is costly but compared to other printers ( I had them all ) not outrageous. No paper handing problems. One caution when printing on anything heavier the 20 lb paper, make sure to change the paper type and feed from by-pass tray or it won't fuse properly.

I use this printer in my home office. I'm a graphic designer. The color matching is very good, and has been acceptable for most proofing situations. No trouble at all to set up, and very affordable. I'm very happy with this printer.

A great printer for home office use

I have a 6505 xerox printer and just love its capabilities. It makes my job easier - I not only use it in the office but am able to access it from home and when I arrive at work my documents are printed and ready to go. I am able to make cards, agendas, newsletters etc. The printer makes my job look easy!

This printer has features that are really helpful if you take the time to learn

In my previous comment I mentioned about the black toner not adhering to the paper and flaking off. I have read multiply similar complaints from users on different sites including this one. The solutions given didn't seem to fix the issues. What I finally realized to be the main culprit of this issue for me at least is, that when I design something in Adobe illustrator and then print it, if I use register black as my black I have problems with the toner but if I use 100% gray then I don't. The black may not be as dark but if you would like it darker it is best to adjust the darkness level by 1 to get a richer darker black without and issues with flacking. You also need to use paper that is some what porous. If you use gloss paper it will give you trouble. Also if you really want to use gloss paper I found that heating the paper before printing on it helps a lot. Also set the printer to, thick card stock. I think that setting turns up the fuser heat level a little. The black toner issue as been a on going issue but sense I starting using 100% gray it is not given me any issues. Other then that, the printer has be very good. The print quality is excellent.
