Does this generate a true sinwave? I&#39;m going to be running sensitive electronics with it so this is very important !

We use these units at all of our tower sites for backup power in conjunction with deep cycle dry-cell batteries. These units are great and work as advertised!

So far so good. Purchased this for a back supply for my sump pump. I have tested it with and without being plugged into wall outlet. Works great.

Great Product

This 750w inverter/charger/transfer switch replaced a failed on-line inverter, and repurpose a separate power supply used for battery charging. Provides 120vac backup for my residential network and entertainment systems, things that do not like an occasional trip and reclose from utility. Using two surplus 12v 180ah VRLA telecom type batteries in the house, more than enough for typical service interruptions here. I am not a fan of small UPS's, I've found them to be failure prone when you need them, and throw away when they do fail. A side note about Tripp Lite. My work truck had a 1970s vintage silver colored 1,000w Tripp Lite mobile inverter mounted in the utility bodies of my 4WD service trucks. Square wave output but worked fine for power tools, all the way up to a Milwaukee Hole Hog. Tough unit, those trucks lived hard lives on rough roads here in the Colorado Rockies. The inverter migrated with me to new trucks thru the years as a proudly held possession. Still worked when I retired recently, although I heard from a coworker that it may have finally become deceased after 30+ years of service. That's quality worthy of mention.

Good quality as expected from Tripp Lite

I am a locksmith at a school district in ca and use this machine to power up my key machines and charge my battery's. I am very glad I bought this product and hope to get another one for the other locksmith's van.

I would buy this product again

I am using this with my wood boiler pump system. Have connect to 1 Deep Cycle Battery 800 Cranking Amps. Tested and can run for ~2 hours, that is with 3 pumps .8 Amps each running full time and another 2 pumps running ~50% of the time. Takes around 4-5 hours to completely charge back. I will probably add one more battery in the future to extend that time, just incase I am not home or can't get the generator started.

Built Well, works as advertised

Using this for a battery back up for my pellet stove.We have solar but not enough to keep the entire house going for extended night outage,so this is the stove manufacturer's recommendation as a good source of power,and why would they lie about that. Of course it's too hot to run the stove,and now that we are set power wise,the power will never go out again ;)

I would buy this unit again for sure

The 750W PowerVerter works exactly as advertised for my home dual 12v Car Battery (in parallel) setup. I use it for powering my servers and network during power outages and it has provided over 2 hours of uninterrupted power under test conditions.

Product Solved My UPS Issues

This inverter is an absolute saviour. I live in northern Ontario Canada. It gets ccccold up here. Now with this product my house will stay heated using my pellet stove and propane fireplace even when the main power goes out. Last year it went out 4 or 5 times and sometimes for hours while it was -30C and windy...and I'm not home. This is huge piece of mind knowing that the heat will stay on even while I am not home. I have tested it and it works just as I had hoped. It is instantaneous auto-transfer. Amazing! On one deep cycle battery it will keep powering both devices for hours (I tested it for 3 hours and still had 80% charge). If I want I can add another battery for longer time. Thank you TRIPPLITE for such a great product.

Good product for my pellet stove backup system, a little bigger than I really need but simply cannot beat the reliability of this manufacturer, have used them in all my campers and never had a days worth of trouble with them.

After 1 year warranty ,The inverter exploded it and smells was so bad this company hand't good quality product .We had UPS stop working after the warranty , too
