According to the on-line manual, this unit does NOT have a radio function (nor iPod dock). It is strictly for DVD/CD playback, which includes Kodak picture discs and MP3.

First off... let me just say that I purchased this item exclusively for my granddaughter's use... This item would not be ideal for the family room TV or, for a matter of fact, for my bedroom.... Now, my granddaughter is 5 years old and loves to watch her children's and learning movies.. and they sound great with this. I have a cheap 26' LCD TV hooked to it so her DVD's all sound great. She doesn't watch a lot of regular TV and this will NOT hook-up to the sound of a LCD TV... only the picture of the DVD will come through on the TV... I guess what I'm trying to say is that this item will only give you surround-sound of the DVD inside the unit... it will NOT give you surround sound from a TV channel or cable... So, for her, it works just great (with a great price) !!!

GREAT for my granddaughter !!!!

I got mine awhile back and the box it came in was damaged and when i opened it 3 out of 6 speakers was broke plus the dvd player has a little bend in it and it likes to freeze movies and also like to not read the movie dvd wrong in places while watching it. Had a hard time trying to set it up, honestly its not worth the money.

I only used this producted one time before it stopped working. The dvd player wouldn't hardly turn on, and when it did it would shut its self back off a second later. The only reason i have not returned this product is because i can't get it to stay on long enough to get my dvd back out of it.

You can't put anything else like a tv into this system so it's useless. I returned it

I got this product thinking that it would be what it said it was, which was a DVD player with a surround sound system.  What I got was a player that seems to only play CD's and other media through a USB interface.  When I try to watch a movie, the disc keeps getting reset to the very beginning with no person or entity touching the player itself, or the remote.  As a basic stereo that plays CD's and digital media through a USB, it works great, but not worth what the cost was.  I could get a much better system for a lot cheaper through a more reputable company, and that is the plan for the future replacement of this unit.  At this time, however, nothing can be done by the selling party to make this right.  This purchase has cost Montgomery Ward a customer that has always been in good standing.  I will continue to make the payments as required by my credit line, but no further orders will EVER take place on this account.

Wonderful CD player with excellent sound

Items sound was great however the picture quality is horrible and only black and white absolutely no color. Lots of wires and not enough description in manual on hooking up everything it also showed wall mounts for the speakers yet none were included. So as long as you don't mind taking lots of time to hook everything up with very little description and false images then the only other problem is the lack of color.

Don't buy! Worst product ever!
