This radio does not have any type of belt clip or any other attaching device. It's a pocket radio.

no it does not. You can use a cell phone case or ipod case ...they will fit. The sangean dt 200 and 210 have a belt clip.

It displays the time when it is off. While on, it shows the frequency.

When the radio is off, the time is displayed.

Yes it has the time on the face. You set it by pressing and holding the jog wheel for 2 seconds. The hour will flash, turn the tuning jog wheel to choose your hour, then press the tuning jog to select the digit. Repeat for the minute.

When you turn the unit off, it will display the time, don.

I am happy with this Sangean DT-120 radio.  It has really great reception. 

My previous radio was the Sony SRF-M37V Walkman. I prefer the Sangean. The Sangean gets better reception and has digital volume control which is much easier than the old style volume control wheel on the Sony. 

The Sangean is less than half the size of the Sony, but weighs about the same. It doesn't have the weather band like the Sony does, but I never used it anyway.

The only thing that I would call a defect is that the DT-120 doesn't have a belt clip. It really is a pocket radio, so plan on carrying it in a pocket or getting a belt pouch to carry it in like I have.

Another problem with the Sony was the door over the battery compartment. It is fragile and it ended up being broken off and lost. The Sangean has a compartment for 2 AAA batteries. the door slides to expose the batteries, but remains attached so it won't get lost.

Plan on getting different ear buds. The Sangean comes with earbuds, but they are really cheap and really lousy.

Great radio, but lousy earbuds.
