The mount is very sturdy and is very easy to position just the way I want it.  I like the built-in cable management as well, and with the appearance covers snapped in place it has a very professional look.  It was well worth the price to have such an attractive and sturdy mount for my TV.

I  had purchased a mount of a similar style and capacity at a big box store not quite a year ago. It, too, was fine--though the installation wasn't as easy as this one.

So I went into this wondering where the "gotcha" was in the Monoprice mount which was less than half the price of my other one. So far, I can't find one thing wrong with this mount!

I was able to put up a 42" TV in about an hour, start to finish. Installation directions were clear enough for this simple a device. The design allowed me to place the TV on the bracket by myself without worrying about it falling, and the results are every bit as good as I hoped they would be. Well done, Monoprice!

Easy install, works great, great price!

Came with everything needed to install the mount on the wall and attach the TV to the mount other than tools.  Easy to install with basic tools and simple to adjust once the tv is mounted.

Easy to swivel, so the tv can be viewed from the sitting area or the bed in my bedroom.

What more could you want from a wall mount?

I was able to install this on studs, so I didn't need to use the anchors that came with it. Easy install, and holds my TV just fine. I bought two of these to mount my 49in tvs. They aren't huge, but this works great, and moving the tv is easy. The tilt feature was a little loose, so I tightened it with the supplied Allen wrench, and it's perfect now.

Easy installation (on studs)

Looks great on the wall, easy to install, just right for the TV.  The only issue was that the package didn't include the correctly fitting mounting screws but I was able to pick them up at my local Ace store.  Great product though.  I especially like that the TV can swivel up and down, in addition to the arm having it go sideways

Great Product

Bought this for my 32 inch flat screen so I could store it next to the wall and pull it out when I need it. 
I am VERY impressed with what I got. I installed it in just a couple of hours which included measuring, finding a wall stud, drilling and mounting the TV. Really a piece of cake.
Once mounted it moves very smoothly and I can easily pull it out at a 45 degree angle from the wall in a matter or seconds. Also, the cable management system is very usable and simple. 
I  highly recommend this wall mount.

Nice inexpensive TV wall mount

I was able to quickly get this installed. The instructions (all pictures) are so - so, but it's pretty obvious what needs to be done to install it. I'd make sure I was on a stud and not using the provided wall inserts, unless you are sure your TV is super lightweight.  The unit has REALLY good articulation - you can angle it left/right, in/out from wall and even up and down a bit. It also seems to be sturdy. They give you plenty of screws and other bits to be able to fit just about any TV. A good deal, I think. I am happy.

Easy and fast install for this well-made mount

Easy to set up, cost competitive and does exactly what it is supposed to do! What's not to like about this? Only improvement I can see, is that when the articulating arm is folded in one direction, the tv is level, in the other it is not. Could be due to lack of experience of the installer (me).

Great Mount!

Excellent mount.  It is very sturdy and comes with all the hardware necessary to adjust in order to secure the flat panel to the plate. with selectable VESA arrangements (screws and spacers of varying mm diameter and length).  The hardware components come bagged and indexed with easy to match letters.  Instructions are mostly illustrations consistent with most hardware or devices manufactured in China.  Installation to wall stud with three hex screws went well, but the 3/8 inch drill bit hole suggested will challenge you.  I suggest that you use a metric socket set to insert the hex head screws.  After securing the wall mount to the wall and the plate to the flat panel, it is relatively easy to hang the plate with the flat panel to the hook at the end of the mount and secure it with the bolts.  You will need someone to assist you in lining them up however.  The flat panel you see in the photo is a 10 year old SONY Bravia 32 inch that is quite heavy, probably 36 pounds with out the pedestal.  It rests very securely to the wall and the articulation of the device is quite good.  The flat panel feels very secure even fully extended.  The plastic covers for the arms are kind of "cheesy" but they just slide on or off.  Don't use them if you do not like the look.  The only thing I wish that was improved is the vertical adjustment for the angle of the TV.  It allows for a 15 degree fully up to fully down adjustment using three (3) Allen screws.  They are difficult to access once the tv is mounted and hard to turn to fully secure and stabilize the proper angle you may want for convenient tv viewing.  For the price this is a remarkable mount equal to the $75.00 mount I secured a lighter 42" JVC flat panel several years ago.

TV Wall Mount Full Motion Articulation

The TV I was mounting had an electronics "wart" on the back and the screws and spacers provided to mount the "X" bracket were not long enough to accommodate it. I needed to come up with my own solution.

Good mount but didn't come with the right screws

Seems like an ok mount. After leveling and mounting it I mounted the tv to it and when it was pulled away from the wall it was out of level. I tried to adjust this to no avail. I have the tv out away from the wall now but had to bend the bracket some to get it to be level. Now when it's against the wall it is out of level. I guess I can't have both so I leave it out off the wall.
