The Rayburn is extremely stiff at first, but softens up appropriately after 1.5 weeks or so. Excellent looking shoe. Can serve as a business causal or just a plain causal shoe.

I've been searching for a shoe like this for years. Im a teacher and spend pretty much 10 hours a day on my feet (what is a lunch break??). I recently purchased my second pair, and am looking at the other model, too (its in black). These shoes are definitely in a class by themselves. Pricey? Yes, but if you value your feet, (these) are the shoes for you.

These shoes are without question the most comfortable that I have ever owned. Purchased these for a trip to Europe and now are my go to footwear. My only regret is that I did not purchase a pair year ago when I lived and walked in Hong Kong.

Bought this shoe at the Walking Company store in South Portland more than 2 years ago- I have worn them 4-5 days a week and they hold up extremely well! I work in a Field Sales environment, so they look great in customer meetings and on the job site- best casual work shoe I've owned- Will be another to keep in my closet

Great shoe for business casual

I was looking for a shoe for a trip to Europe. I wanted solid footing, rain-proof and decent enough to go out to dinner. This was close and they felt good in the store! Unfortunately, the original sole inserts were slippery, so I found during my travels my foot would slide a little at times you weren't expecting (so, not solid footing). The waterproof liner does not feel breathable - my feet definitely sweat all the time (only in this shoe - not in my other Gore-Tex shoes). Looks are okay - but often felt they looked like my father's shoes. I stopped back in to the store at Copley Mall, Boston and asked the manager if there were any ways to improve the slippage - she said no. I later found tongue pads helped to reduce the slip.

Comfortable, but hot

purchased these boots and insoles at the San Tan Location. We had no problem paying extra for the comfort. we purchased abeo boots thinking that were good quality. I am not happy! we have taken them back to the store and Vicky suggested to stretch them so we did. Even after the stretch they are still not comfortable so they sit in the closet. I really would appreciate a refund so I can purchase a pair that will be comfortable to work in. my spouse purchased a new pair as well.

Boots are not comfortable at all

I work long shifts in a hospital bought these to have something other than clogs to wear. Huge mistake after 2 hours my feet kill me i have tried them a dozen times and keep having to take them off because my feet hurt. Save your money under no circumstances buy these shoes if you have a job that keeps you on your feet
