Functional for my commute on public transportation

West Backpack

The size is perfect, not too big and not too small. Each compartment is a decent size. I would have gotten the one in signature canvas but i didn't wanted to attract attention especially now with a lot of craziness everywhere. I think if the bag would be perfect if it came with a key loop and a place to store a water bottle. Overall i love this bag.

Well, I thought this bag was perfect. The pebbled leather is fantastic and the style is classy. The perfect office backpack for carrying my laptop and some files from my car into the office and vice versa 5 days a week. Or so I thought. One month and 15 days after purchase, one of the shoulder straps has almost completely detached itself from the main body. I have no way to repair this. Is Coach not supposed to be used for actual work purposes every day? Even at the Outlet, this bag wasn't cheap. Highly disappointed.

Bought May 15th and by June 30th the strap is off
