These are great! There is a marked difference when wearing these compared to a cheaper shoe. These give you a bounce, but without the memory foam squishy feel. There is support in the shoe, but the zig sole gives your feet energy and bounce. The one negative is they run a little large. If you have wide feet, these would be wonderful because you can adjust the shoe strings on the entire tongue of the shoe to the perfect width. My foot is just a bit narrow, but I am able to tighten each row of laces to give me the right fit. There is a lot of room in the toe box which is good for wide feet and also accommodates all feet types after a long day. These do not slip on the heel as long as they are tightened enough. I have ordered two additional pairs!! I ordered one in a smaller size and another in the same size. I am going to see if the smaller size fits a little better. I highly recommend these shoes! Just take into account that they run large and wide. FYI, Reebok has an excellent size chart for each shoe you can click on to see the measurements of the shoe sizes. Please note that it is helpful to click on the size chart for each shoe. Not every shoe has the same length for the same size.

Great comfortable shoes

1. I love the story behind these shoes and Reebok's support for the LGBTQ+ community. 2. The colors of these shoes are vibrant and fun!  I couldn't wait to put them on when I opened the box. 2. These shoes are SO comfortable! I wear them all the time.

Softest shoe ever

I saw these kicks when they came out and I ignored them, now I regret doing so. These sneakers are so comfortable and so light aside of looking cool. I strongly recommend them.

Best sneakers I ever purchased

This is my second pair of the zig kinetica and I get compliments all the time . I got the nasa color way and plan on getting more. Just a great stylish, comfortable shoe , easy to put on n get off, looks great and can't wait for people to see me in them . I want more!!

Favorite shoe

Most comfortable Reebok I've worn,that's saying. I've been wearing Reeboks for 12+ years. The original ZigTech they put out 6-7 years ago where the most comfortable

To new to rate quality

My first Zig Kinetica and was impressed with the comfort. The collab with Alife makes the upper unique and was a must cop when I saw they were releasing. 4 sets of laces too.

Great Buy

Comfort is good , design is great, white colour on my opinion is the best

It is really good

Overall I like the look and think the shoes are very comfortable. As with the Zig shoes from years ago, the Kineticas have excellent cushioning and springiness. The shoes is stable considering how soft the uppers are. Runs true to size. I have a slightly wide and slightly flat foot. The width on these is good and I feel the arch only a little bit.

A few observations and critiques:
The heel sticks out very far back. Not noticeable while wearing the them but it was strange to see at first when I looked down at my feet.
The slatted outsole warps easily and is a little noisy when walking. Rocks get stuck in the slats very easily.
There is a thin lining material used around the ankle that is abrasive and uncomfortable when barefoot or wearing no-show socks. Maybe it will soften up over time. Not an issue when wearing socks that cover the ankle.
The sole is noticeably thicker in the heel than the forefoot resulting in a slight forward lean that naturally rockers your foot forward.

The shoes have been comfortable to walk in and probably to run in but I haven't put in any miles to provide much insight there or regarding durability. I expect these would be easy on the joints on longer runs given the amount of cushioning. Would not recommend for sprinting.

Not perfect but great cushioning and comfort

I ordered men's 12.5 in a different style and received these in a 6.5 ladies. Ordered running shoes and received weight training shoes for women. Being honest I notified Reebok and tried to have them overnight the correct order to me and was informed Reebok never will overnight anything as they just do not do that. Sent them back.
