But unfortunately there was no dust bag with it

It is so nice and classy, perfect for any occasion, hold everything and compliments most of my outfits. The black is everything, my husband got me as a gift.

It holds a lap top, wallet, makeup bag as well as sweater without deforming it's shape.  I gave it to my twenty-something daughter who loved it! Gorgeous inside and out

I use this for work and keep my laptop notebook make up bag wallet and other random things inside and it still holds its shape well without looking bulky. Absolutely love the colors.  My only issue is that there are no metal “feet“ on the bottom of the bag to keep it from getting dirty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bag and matching wallet in June and they were my first Tory Burch items. I was sooo excited to finally have a Tory Burch purse. Then 7 months later the straps have cracked and are coming apart? The pocket inside is useless because if you put “heavy” items the pocket pulls the bag and the side no longer stands up making the bag look deformed. I expected more from this brand and I am truly disappointed as other “name brand” bags have lasted years with daily use while this bag lasted 7 months with intermittent use.

Quality issue

This bag is lovely, the size is perfect, however the quality is deficient. I though that because of textured coated canvas this will be a long lasting bag I was told the handles were leather when in fact are plastic. One of the handles peeled off and it looks horrible. So disappointed with this bag. I wish I could upload a picture of it.
