Love the weight of the pants and the lower pocket is large enough to hold my phone. The waist fits a bit smaller than the sizing.  I wear a size 33 and the 34 fit me perfectly.

Relaxed Duck Carpenter Pants

Nice for casual pants ,  Bought relaxed fit ,husband likes how they fit over his prosthetic leg. Other pants are a work out trying to get over his leg. Bought the Timber and gray colors, 30x30 size, Medium weight material.

Style, comfort and fit , well relaxed fit !

I use them for work/uniform clothes.  Order a few stock numbers and they're tough too.

My favorite-had many pairs

I love everything about these pants except, I wish they were made with the flex material and flex waist. I'm normally a size 32, but I have always ordered pants 2-3 sizes bigger because of the gym. Now that I am getting back into the gym I needed a size bigger for my legs and butt to have some breathing room. I have the flex series carpenter pants in a 34x34 but they don't have the left utility pocket like these do. Which I absolutely love. It's perfect for my phone. Even my buddies iPhone 15 Max Pro fits in it. I hope Dickies one day makes these carpenter pants exactly the same as they are now with the left utility pocket with the flex material and waist.

Left Utility Pocket is Awesome, But…

We have bought these pants for years. Left side pocket was wider seam to seam and allowed a cell phone to fit. Now it is sewn not as wide as before therefore a phone does not fit. Measured 4 inches before now only 3 1/4 or 3 1/2. Very important This is the reason for 3 star rating

Pocket sewn much smaller

Quality fabric. Color true to picture. 
Main picture hides the side leg carpenter hammer loop and pocket. Didn't want that. 
32 waist fits like a 31. Have worn 32 in everything else Levi, Carhartts. Main front pockets have odd shape could be bigger.

Sized as 34x34, they were so tight they couldbt be buttoned. Ive worn Dickies 34x34 for years and now they are too small to button?

One pair came with a missing belt loop that i found in the pocket and another pair wasn't fully stitched around the back pocket.

Ordered 2 pairs in my regular size. They were to small. Returned them for the next size up, they didn't fit either. To baggie & long.
Dickies carpenter pants used to be my go to shorts and pants. Guess I'm looking for a new brand.
