Great leather shoe, runs true to size, has cushy sole for standing on feet all day

Quality Shoe

a little stiff to break in but comfortable after awhile. the all black looks good with any outfit.

Rockport work shoes

I'm a big guy, and on my feet most of the day. I went with Rockport for its name as a supportive shoe in this situation. Not so much. My feet were aching within a month. They performed no better than the less expensive ones. They did look good, for what it's worth.

I hoped for better.

Very uncomfortable.  The leather creases hard when walking, pressing sharply into the top of the foot just above the toe joints.  It hurts with every step as it digs in.  Hopefully that lessens as it's broken in, but I'm not looking forward to the damage breaking them in will do to my feet.

Painful.
