Comes in generic mobile phone box with battery and charger. these are new overstock. Very loud speaker and device is water resistant. SPRINT ONLY&lt; ONLY FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS. As sprint is no longer taking new customers. phone supports voice-over-LTE on Sprint, and Wi-Fi calling on Sprint. It has HD calling which all newer Sprint phones must have going forward to keep service. The earpiece is loud and crisp, transmissions through the mic have good noise cancellation, and the single speaker, on the chin below the flip, booms. If you flip the phone closed mid-call, you can set it to hang up or switch to speakerphone. The phone supports both Bluetooth and 3.5mm headsets, and it has a basic set of voice commands. You can assign ringtones by contact, and there are a lot of good call-screening options: You can whitelist or blacklist by individual number, or by whether or not a number is in your phone book. You can also hide those whitelist and blacklist options behind a PIN for parental or employee control reasons. you can get other devices on the internet by using the XP3 as a Wi-Fi hotspot. The description said it was used but was open box.  Used was more like it.  The phone arrived with everything it stated and worked properly, but appearance wise it was rather beat up.  I was just assuming that it would be in better condition for the price.  Just beware if you are wanting a newer condition phone.

Works fine but definitely used.

Sadly this particular phone will be obsolete in 6 months if you have sprint or T mobile because they are phasing out the cdma system that this phone uses.

Will soon be obsolete.
