I LOVE this phone. It's refurbished, and it arrived like it was PICTURE-PERFECT BRAND NEW. Only one hiccup at all since day one, and I think is particular to the particular phone design of the CPU, %26 I've noticed other people have mentioned also about this particular model of phone. Every once in a while the CPU heats up, and the external phone gets physically hot, and the CPU temp measuring %26 monitoring tool on the phone has confirmed it, But it happens only intermittently, if You leave your phone on for multiple consecutive days in a row even when it's not in use without turning it off. The solution has been to use an Android security program that cools the CPU on the phone, and to make it a point to give the phone a break at being constantly turned on for multiple days even when it's not in use, and every once in a while while you are Security system cleaning your phone, turn it off every once in a while when it's not in use, like when you are charging it when you are asleep, or even in between calls when you might be less busy. It worked to resolved it. Other than that minor but resolved hiccup with the CPU, the phone is GREAT and so user-friendly EASY to use, and I LOVE IT! I am still glad, even after months of using the phone,that I made the purchase.

Are you kidding me? It is a new phone and you cannot find even one scratch on the phone. I m well satisfied with my purchase. Just the charger is not an original one and doesnot work very well.

I had tried to order this same phone from amazon twice. The first time I ordered it, the 4g wouldn't work and the second time I ordered, the phone wouldn't charge or turn on. This was my 3rd try for the same phone, but I am glad I tried Walmart! The phone is definitely used, but it works! Everything on it is as described and all the features worked! I feel nothing but relief! Very happy with the purchase! I upgraded from my S7 to this one via Straight Talk. Everything transferred beautifully.

Phone looked very brand new runs very good The only problem is it does overheat a little bit when you charge it other than that it's a brand new phone.

They mention tiny scratches, which you can not really see but they forgot to mention the damaged port where headphones plug in. The phone works good; however the Bluetooth does not work and the vibrate function does not work either. You would think these would have been checked before selling the phone.

Misleading

Phone was in good shape and works as described.  The phone however, was NOT unlocked as described.  It was a Verizon simmed phone.  Spent extra for unlocked and recieved locked.  Would not recommend buying from this seller.

Not Unlocked

The phone arrived in good condition. I installed a SIM card and calls, text message and WIFI worked. However, the phone was a Christmas present, my daughter realize that the mobile data woud not work on the go. I contacted T-mobile and stated that the phone was not fully release from its previous phone carrier and the one phone carrier was responsible to release it.

Be aware not totally unlock phone

I received a different phone than what I actually ordered. Not only wrong phone but also the wrong color! Reached out to seller and they offered a discount of 30 dollars or for me to return it which is decent of them but the time it takes for them to respond or get anywhere with my order takes a couple days. Pretty frustrating!
