Phone arrived on time and pretty much in like new condition! Bought this to replace my S4 as the operating system was to out of date. It came with an after market charger but I used my Samsung charger (recommended) and the battery appears to be like new as well , holding a charge really well. Great value for the price considering the phone model is relatively new! Thank you!

Excellent buy!

I needed to upgrade my old Galaxy and this was just the ticket. I didn't want to spend a ton of money because I'm not a heavy phone user, but I did want some of the newer features. This refurbished S10e fits my needs and my budget.
I did have one issue and reached out to the seller. Fast response and problem solved.  I would recommended a refurbished phone from this seller for anyone who doesn't want to go into debt for these new phones.  It was in perfect condition - not a mark on the phone.

Restored...where?!

My friends and family  said don't do it.  Well, I did it and I am so happy. Saved a bunch of money and got exactly what the man said " like new Samsung S10e G970U 128GB Factory Unlocked Android Smartphone". So far I cannot find any blemishes or electronic issues. My S7 started to crash on me and I needed a replacement asap. I received this phone within 2 days! I was a little on the fence when deciding to order this with it being refurbished but the phone works perfectly and looks brand new! Very happy I decided to get it.

I'm happy with the performance and features this phone offers but I would not give it 5 stars for that alone.  For the money you cant go wrong.  As far as it being a refurbished device; I gave it all 5 stars.  Mine looks and operates like new.

when mobile starts to heated up then map closed automatically and at that time it is more difficult to drive without map.

We bought this phone to replace a Galaxy s5 because our provider warned us that the 5G upgrade in 2022 would no longer support older phones. I deliberately chose a phone that supported LTE and was recently manufactured. We took delivery in December 2021 and were generally happy with all features of the phone. In late April, the phone suddenly lost the ability to send or receive voice calls. I have changed sim cards, and spent hours on calls with Consumer Cellular, Samsung, and Walmart. Cell Traders does not answer the telephone.
