has anyone used this product from Canada to the U.S.?  Has anyone used this for data in Canada? cost?

Never written a review before but after reading a couple of negative reviews and then experiencing very good customer support I decided to. The product works well and as stated in the manual and online. You can either email or call for assistance and get help quickly. When I did not respond back quick enough to their help they sent messages again to ask if I had my questions answered and/or needed other help. In an era of customer no service this stands out as an example of great customer assistance.

Traveler to Germany

Purchased item to utilize in Europe to call and text to USA during vacation.  Supposedly 24/7 service to difficulties. They answer but couldn't help at their level, referred to next level which would not be available over weekend.  Unfortunately, got an unhelpful email  response.  No phone number to call.  Only contact by email.  Pretty inconvenient while on a cruise. Never could get texting to work.  

Overall evaluation.  Poor service.  Unavailable tech support, except by email at their slow response convenience.  Unperforming product.

Dissatisfiedcustomer

I purchased the sim card about a month before traveling and was able to test the card by calling the number assigned. However,  test calling from the card was not possible until you get to the country. I was still able to get calls but was not able to make calls. I believe I followed the instructions noted in their online site as confirmed by their email support.
Also, it appears that all of the credits I purchased ($20) was used by the data portion of the plan, even though I was careful to connect to available WiFis and placed the phone in Airplane mode when not available.
They refused to provide me with a few additional credits to confirm the sim problem so my only conclusion is that the card doesn't work!!! (Anyone want to buy mines???)

Bad instructions

I tried to use this SIM in an unlocked Galaxy S6 phone, but it was not recognized. I contacted their tech support by email and they explained I would need to change the SIM password by putting it in another unlocked phone (besides a Samsung S6 or S7) and reset the password to something other than default 0000. Not helpful to me because I only have the one phone. Still have the SIM sitting in its package since the trip to Europe is over and I ended up buying a cheap phone there to use. It would have been nice if they had an actual compatibility chart out there of what phones it worked on and not. I would also stress that the buyer must get it working state-side before traveling or it really is your problem to deal with, since tech support cannot fix the SIM password remotely.
