As of today thumbs but still have other i have to perform in in to say to another to buy this model with no questions to it's performance and reliability

Phone is only 3g network with edge but when I am around 4g the phone does connect to the 4g network don't know how but am very glad it does.

Great phone so far

Got it for my grandson he loves it works great so far price was unbelievable

Still waiting to use.  My SIM card is too big.  Huge disappointment from a DUAL SIM phone.  Would think, like previous BLU phones, one slot would be small and other wouldn't so at least ONE would work with phone.
Current carrier (Ultra Mobile) won't send correctly sized SIM (because they have NO Customer Service...at ALL), but heard I could get SIM punched.
Hoping future unlocked phone listings will specify (in millimeters) the SIM size.

Mobile assistant couldn't open the phone to insert the battery

Likes: nice sized screen at 5.5", and included clear silicone case. Fairly easy to open up and install battery, TF, and SIM.  Setup wizard took my email address and installed my saved info from my old phone.
Dislikes: Took 20 minutes of searching to find how to create a second screen (in the apps install folder).  After an hour, I _still_ cannot find how to install a widget, which is something that normally takes less than a minute to figure out.  Manual is online, has confused or badly named model names, and only covers the basic necessities, specifically _not_ answering the question of installing widgets, like every other android phone I've ever owned.  Also, the CPU bogs down in the lock screen!  Whoever heard of an android phone that has slow number animations?!  

Bottom line:  I would only recommend this phone for the price.  It works.  But if you want a phone that is fully functional, allows widgets, or has a complete manual, this isn't it.

Probably the worst phone I've ever owned the battery drained as soon as you use it and would not charge as it was plugged in and you were using it it was slow hard to navigate and just a horrible horrible phone to have don't buy this one it's not worth it

Horrible

Save your money. It is more cost effective to ask the nearest stranger to use their phone for $1.00 for every call and text you need to make than to try and attempt to communicate with this device. I wont even call it a phone. Purchasing postage stamps and envelopes will prove to be better communication. 

The phone lists many features, and aside from its dimensions, using any of the features in a timely or reasonable manner will prove frustrating. If you like pounding your fingers against glass in order to register inputs, horrendous application lag, and the inability to make simple phone calls on a cloudy day due to poor reception, this "phone" is for you!
