I have waited for weeks and when I finally get it it is refurbished and doesn't work or charge.

Worst, over 2 weeks, refurbished

Waited 2 weeks to receive this and then they sent me the black one when I ordered the White one. Also it did not come in the original box and looks reconditioned!

good product but I didn't want a used product

No battery life.  Says 7 hours when turned on,  lasting less than 2 hours.

I'm shocked.   Plantronics has always been my choice but not after this purchase.
