I was exclusively breastfeeding my son until he was 5 weeks old, due to his weight (11lbs) my supply couldn't keep up with his appetite. I introduced Similac Supplementation by giving him 50% and 50% breast milk. At night feeding I give him 100% formula and he sleeps great. He hasn't had any stomach aches, his stool is also normal and show no difference. We tested Enfamil Gentlease and Enfamil Enspire since we received many at our baby shower, and both caused major tummy problems (gas, painful straining) so we switched back to Similac Supplementation.

I cannot express how happy I am that I bought this formula!
After a rough sleepless night with my 6month old baby , this was such a big HELP! 
My breastmilk was decreasing for the last two weeks and one night she suddenly didn't want to be BF at all. Ive looked up reviews for best formulas to transition BF'd babys to and i came across this one! 
I made a quick stop to my local store and the second I returned and prepared a bottle for her she drank it all and slept like an angel. 
I was able to pump afterwards,...still trying to increase my breastmilk. But overall I love this formula! 
Great for emergencies and she loved it. 
No bad symptoms at all!

Baby loves it!

My son is five months old with a tongue tie. My milk production was not enough as my son was needing more. He was crying constantly. I decided to introduce this formula. He's one happy baby now. He smiles laughs and reaches for the bottles when he sees them and it's only been a week! I'm upset that I can't exclusively breastfeed like I planned but I'm ecstatic that my boy has a full tummy now and is gaining weight! He's had no issues digesting this. So now we breastfeed in the morning and at night then throughout the day he gets bottles of formula.

Great for tongue tied baby

My supply starting getting lower and lower & my 8 month old daughter would not take any formula. Saw this in the store and decided to give it a shot praying it works- it did! She loves it and drinks it like crazy. Started gaining weight again & have normal # of diapers. It is a bit expensive but as long as my baby is full I'll pay whatever.

Great for breastfeeding babies

I was SO thankful when we found this formula. I nursed my daughter for 11 months. She self-weaned that same week, but we didn't want to go straight to milk. This was perfect for my sweetie who was used to mommy milk. She never had tummy trouble with it and we would use it with our new upcoming baby.

Thin like mommy milk. Not as thick as regular formula

After having our son my husband and I decided I to would quit my job and be a stay at home mom. I stayed at home and breastfed our little guy and his weight was at the bottom 10% for his first 6 months. I decided when he was 7months old to go back to work part-time just 1 day a week. I am a nurse and even though 1 day a week doesn't sound like much it still makes for a very long day (especially when you can't pump often). Within a couple of weeks after going back to work my milk supply seemed to crash. I immediately opened a sample of the supplemental formula for my son and he didn't seem to notice a difference. I soon found out that I was pregnant again and that was part of the reason for the drastic decrease in my breastmilk. I am currently about to give birth to our second son and this time I have already purchased Similac for supplementation to have on hand. This is a great product and I would recommend it to any mother having a difficult time with breastmilk production.

EASY ADDITION

I started my daughter on similac supplimentation due to lack of production, Eventually I decided to stop breastfeeding and change her to the similac sensitive and had to come back to supplementation the next day because the sensitive one was horrible for her. I recommend supplimentation highly!

So happy with this formula

This product is sweet like breast milk so my baby doesn't notice a taste difference. It's so handy to make up a bowl of cereal rather than pumping breast milk for just an ounce or two. Plus it's great for travel. Just put a nipple and ring on the 2 ounce bottle and it will tide the baby over until you get to a place to nurse for a full feeding. So handy!

So convenient!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this formula! I am a breastfeeding mother that wen i'm on the go and too busy i do supplement a nursing session with a bottle of formula. This formula has been so good to my babies tummy. So she doesn't struggle with upset tummy, gas or cramps. Her stools are also almost the same as when she was just exclusively breasfeeding. My only complain with this is that i wish it came in another difference size canisters. The only option we have is the ready to feed and the 23.6 oz formula cans. This only last my baby about two weeks or so and it does get expensive. Other then that i highly recommend this to breastfeeding mommas!

PERFECT for BF LO

This formula is good for breast fed infants. I have a 10 week old baby boy with a good appetite. I started this supplement to prepare him for my return to work. He is mainly breasfed so I use this as a backup. The 2oz bottle sizes are perfect and reduces waste. However, this package does not include the nipples for direct feeding from the bottle. You must buy them separate or pour the formula into another bottle to feed your baby.

Great formula for breastfed infants.

my son is almost 9 months old and we have decided to start weaning to formula from breastfeeding. I chose to go with a supplementing formula since it is most similar to beast milk and thought it might make the transition a little easier. 
After standing in the formula isle for what seemed like hours trying to decide which one to get, even after reading 100s of online reviews, I chose Stimilac brand supplementing non-Gmo. 
My son is refusing to drink it. He will take small sips and then spit half of it out. He barley ate even 3 oz after popping the bottle in and out. 
He has used a bottle several times. I went back to work for three months after my maternity leave and my grandma watched him during the day. During that time we did supplement a couple times using Gerber supplementing formula that we received a sample of and had no issues. I should have just stuck with that brand. Especially since similac doesn't offer samples for this formula. 
The worst part is that it is so expensive I have to wait until next pay day to even go out and purchase another brand; putting weaning on hold. 
Seeing as this is specifically a supplementing formula you would think they would offer smaller containers. If a mother is supplementing occasionally and formula is only good for a month, a lot of this is being thrown out. I'm sure no mother enjoys wasting that much money!
