My son, 9 months, loves going for hikes in this pack. I put him in it just to go for short walks. He has fallen asleep in it multiple times. He weighs about 22 lbs and is about 33 inches [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We love this pack! We took it on a 3 mile hike and it was awesome for our 3 month old. The shade cover is wide enough to actually provide shade. The padded seat and head rest were perfectly placed.

seems to work pretty swell. strapping, depth, and secondary seating adjustment allows for use during an extended age bracket.  just make sure that your baby has good enough motor skills to sit on their own through the adult swaying motion of walking.

good product, nice to ditch the stroller

Disappointed and wish I could return! Past the 30 day window because we used it once and couldn't buckle it! Buckle is very poor quality and can buckle without a child sitting in. But once our son was sitting in it, it will not buckle! Even though he is well within the weight and height requirements. Wish I could have known this within the return window but since we went on our hiking trip just after 30 days we could not. Very good quality besides the buckle, so upset it does not work for our kids.

So uncomfortable.  Inadequate padding, non-adjustable height from the shoulder pads to the hip pads so this will only work if you have juusst the right length torso which neither me or my wife are the magical length for this carrier.  I wouldn't buy it unless you can try it on and know it fits you. Buyer beware: Now I get to pay a 10% restocking fee and return shipping.
