Just want to second what the other reviewer posted: despite what the box says THERE IS NO SD CARD SLOT.

What size and capacity SD card is supported?  Is there a limit on the number of individual files/songs that can be read from the SD card?

This was exactly what we needed. The CD player and radio works great and the remote was an added plus. There is no clock and no Bluetooth but there is a USB port to charge your phones. Great item great price.

Worked great!

I've only had in my car for a couple days. Was hesitant about giving 5 stars due to the fact I've not seen how "durable" it will be over time. Having said that I love the way it sounds and it's simple straight forward pre set buttons, USB and auxiliary ports are up front. Display is easy to read. 
I liked the way the plug-ins in back are separated by speaker,power amp ports.
And at a price under $55 with shipping. 
Only thing that's really not a problem for me anyway is there is no clock function n display.
I highly recommend the Boston 100!

Simple yet effective

I had Blaupunkt back in the day and didn't know they still made them. I bought a complete set last year(subwoofers, 6x9's, amp, 6.5's and head unit) they sounded great back then and still do today. I highly recommend this brand.

very nice radio

I've installed this radio in my expedition, it was very easy to install and setup. It was a painless Bluetooth setup too, calls were clear, phone book was auto downloaded and any audio from my phone is seamlessly streamed. What's more, it comes with many, many inputs such as backup camera, USB front and back, RCA, SD card.

Don't let the price fool you. Blaupunkt -- a great name from back in the day that still sounds awesome. Just remember that in this day and age of amplifiers, Blaupunkt is giving 30watts RMS of really clean sound, great for powering decent 6x8's or 6X9's with no amps, or for those base heads with amps on everything delivers crisp clear signals to your amps. They are not putting horrible high THD (total harmonic distortion) 50w RMS or 100w RMS amplifiers in the  head unit, like many &gt;supposedly&lt; good brands that charge a lot more.

Blaupunkt is a good brand

A nice unit with value for the money paid, and which has met my expectations.  I use this on the patio in summer months. Ample pre-store station slots available and plays CDs (I still have a lot of them!) and files from USB stick or SD cards. Matched the unit to a speaker set that I had and it sounds good. Have used it for a month or so now and am happy with my purchase. It arrived faster than I expected, and set up / installation was simple (though mounting screws would have been helpful; had to arrange my own) Front removes and re-installs easily, operation is simple and straightforward. One thing I had to get used to: the  "credit card style" remote control..it is super skinny and feels so light it could float in the air, and the bubble type buttons take specific pressure or push in the center. Otherwise, all good. Too soon to know about reliability but hope it will be good in the long term as well!

Could have added a clock and made instructions more clear on operating features. Most are difficult to use on the move. Bright green "on" light is distracting at night.

Not designed well.

Absolute useless piece of junk!!! Sounds like a radio from the 1940s! Over half the remote buttons don't work and no bass/treble/sub adjustment. Can't access any menu either.
