Pay to have it installed! I bought an install kit and wiring pig tail from Walmart for this radio and my truck, which did not fit this radio. I went to Best Buy and paid for their install kit and wiring pig tail and hooked every thing up and the radio was Dead, Then got another same radio from Walmart and it was Dead as well. the Best Buy installers looked at everything and told me to return the second radio as well.

Yes, you are going to need a Scosche dash kit and Toyota Vehicles Harness wire set. Just go to there web site and you find what you need.

If your deck is a single din it will most likely fit if not get a scoche kit for Toyota which will be no more than $15 and its easy to install

I am not an expert with car stereos but for basically fifty bucks plus the conversion kit you get a great stereo. Blue tooth paired with my phone easily. The sound is really good using 17 year old speakers. I am a software engineer by profession so I do have some knowledge of electronics

Great unit for the money

The face plate won't display anything cant tell what I'm doing radio. Powered on twice just fine then 3rd times a charm can't see nothing on screen now!

Super deal on the Boss Car Stereo. It was easy to install and it sounds great. Very Happy with the purchase. For $44.00 its hard to beat with a CD Player and Bluetooth Connectivity

The Boss Car Stereo is Awesome. Super Deal!

I have a large cd collection and wanted all the bells and whistles with a cd player.  This Boss unit has it all (Boss 508UAB bluetooth, 200watts, mp3, cd, sd, am/fm, aux) and it's solid and well built too.  For about $52 it's just a great value imho.  Also it's din1 and fits the dash in all modern cars.

Nice priced stereo that allows for playing my MP3. Do not however mistake this 'Boss' system for 'Bose'. Not the same quality. But it is sufficient for those with a tight budget like me.

Works great even in a 1998 vehicle. Super easy installation that I did myself and saved $80 labor to have it done professionally. Bluetooth in that old of a car is fantastic!!

Nice Headunit

We were looking for a nice quality, inexpensive stereo system. This stereo is perfect. Relatively easy to install.

Good Product for the Price

I saw the bad review, and felt I needed to put my two cents in. First, the things that I know that work fine (CD,SD,USB, FM,AM). I have not used the Blue tooth since I have a Garmin.The only faults it has is the size of the buttons and would be nice if you could change display colors. Maybe, the bad review got a drop model or something.

Work Great

This stereo is an excellent unit - I bought it to put in an older motorhome in which it works very well in! Sound quarlity  is very good and the bluetooth is great to use with the cellphone! Very Good Buy for the price!

Excellent stereo

It looks like a great deck based on what it can do but it is not worth the money. The radio stations bleed into one another either on FM or AM. I used both the USB and Micro SD card inputs and both are junk, the number of songs it would load changed each time I plugged one in even though they had the same folder on them and I didn't change either inbetween. I tried to get to customer service 7 different times for about 10-15 minutes each time and never got anyone. It is going back tomorrow.
