sound is great but on certain movies the sound bar has an echo

This is sold by VIP Outlet who sells refurbished items of all kinds on their website, Walmart, eBay, and other on line web sites. I Have bought 3 items from them and all three items were supposed to be Class A like New and everyone I had to try and return and it truly is hard to do, whereas there customer service is lousy.
