There is a little icon directly above the screen that shows a piece of paper with a corner folded back. The folded back piece has lines on it. This symbol indicates that you need to put the printed side face down when faxing.

This symbol is used on printers, copiers etc. Always note where the lines are on the symbol, whether on the folded flap or the main body. If on the main body of the symbol, papers would go in face up.

It is easy and straightforward to set-up and operate. There are plenty of instructions explaining the numerous features, including speed dialing and fax history report printouts. The keypad is sensitive though, so care must be taken when dialing so that numbers don't repeat.
The phone resolution is also good, making it useful
as an additional extension. Overall, I think it's a good option for well under $100.

Good personal fax machine for home use.

Grest for smaller home projects would be great for that got to do right now jobs that cant wait . Light to carry and small enough to put in a closet or drawer

it has good features and like all machines it has the good and bad. for the price it's a great product although my last fax machine was actually alot easier to use but again for the price it does it's job.
if you don't fax a ton everyday this is a good fax machine, it's a little slower to fax things and the one downside it has for my use is it has no speaker mode or intercom, you just dail the number and hit start and it doesnt show you the number your dailing.. it does have 4 preset quick press number for speed dailing. it's very small which is good if your looking at saving space.
all in all it's great for those of us that fax a few times a day that run small business's and don't want to spend big bucks. the fax's go through good and they recieve good that's what the machine is supposed to do for less money.
