I have the full 5.2.4: 280FA front, 280F back, twin 1115, 250 sides. This center is the pinnacle for my systems visual/audiophile experience. 12 gauge 4 strand solid wire insures that these speakers produce at optimum with silver coated for the woofers, driven by the Marantz SR 7010 at 165W at 8 ohms. My house is a cathedral in the morning and a theater at night.

I purchased this RP Klipsch Center Channel speaker to mate up with Klipsch 160M speakers. After breaking them in and having them professionally calibrated, the combination blew me away!!! i purchased this combination of speakers to replace a set of Klipsch speakers (RB-81, RC-62, RW-12d sub). The old set up served me well. But after 14 years, I decided to make an upgrade. This RP Center Channel speaker is just flat out AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As the only speaker that you can see in my home theater set up, it is very beautiful with clean lines. Also the piano black finish makes the look high class.

Beautiful Monster

This thing is massive, very heavy and large. But that's what I like about it, it oozes quality and performance. I built a costume stand for my TV just so that this speak can sit under it. The sound is simply sublime, the highs are crisp and clean with no crackling even in the most demanding content, the mids are warm and not overbearing. The voices in movies and vocals in songs sound very natural.

Cinema sound in the home

This center speaker is fantastic! I have been a long time Klipsch speaker owner and I now have upgraded my center channel speaker to this one and the sound is so great. It comes out so much fuller than I could have imagined.

Great full Center channel speaker

I wrote a review in early March '18 for my RP-250C centre speaker, stating that I purchased it over the RP-450C because of its compact size. Well, I managed to make extra space and now purchased the RP-450C . I thought the RP-250C was impressive, but the RP-450C is mind-blowing! Frequencies are even more separated, with dialogue and music distinctly louder and clearer. Again, I had to angle it up to my listening position, using after-market acoustic foam wedges. This is a solidly-built speaker with wonderful room-filling sound. If you have the space and budget, this speaker is the one for you.

SO CLEAR IT TAKES YOU ON STAGE AND SCREEN

my Cerwin Vega center was getting old and since i just upgraded my rears to the RP-240S's i had to upgrade to this bad boy-and OMG after a proper burn in on both the sound is incredible-the rears replaced some old Atlantic Technologies that i blew on me-my rights and lefts are fine (JBL-L7s) and an Infinity sub-stacking all of this was a challenge as a 75" Sony sits on top-yes the Center channel is in a 3/4" MDF box i made for it so the TV didnt sit on it-the Klipsch speakers flawlessly joined the team of my other 1s and i am super happy with my Home Theater now-I do have my eye on their R-115-SW though,it would be an upgrade from my Infinity

Best for the Sound & Money

I was skeptical at first. Since I couldn't find any reviews anywhere because it's a new speaker. I had an rc-10 and I wanted to upgrade but was iffy about dishing so much money. I'll tell you though, I fell in love with it since I saw it. It's got a beautiful design that fit my whole entertainment center. Plays music like a charm. You can sit there all day and just relax to the sound it produces. With movies it' might need some adjustment to get the best out of it. I have an older receiver but it's provides enough power. I plan to keep for a long time. Don't hesitate if your thinking bout purchasing one. You will want to take it to bed with you lol.

My ears fell in love!

This was well worth the expense of adding this center channel system to my sound system. The sound space is just amazing. Dialogue is now clearly heard. I wish I had added this speaker sooner. It is rather large though so it takes a bit of arrangement. It is just a top quality addition overall!

Remarkable sound quality!

I have a pair of the RP-280F's. This speaker is in addition to that, and another step to the full 5.1 home theater with the RP series. All I can say is WOW! Unbelievable addition. Paul Klipsch, the pioneer he was, fully believed that you need a left and right corner placed speaker, as well as a center to fully enjoy a true stereo sound. Who am I to argue genius? This speaker adds SO MUCH to an already rich and dynamic sound-scape. It is not, however, for the faint of heart. Holy smokes the sound and colour! This thing is so smooth, it blends right in. Bravo Klipsch, bravo!
