Received my order 3 days after my order on a Wednesday. Have not had very much time to play with it. Have it paired with a Fender 2x10" Rumble cab. This 15" cab provides a much needed bottom that the Rumble(lots of mid)does not give. I plan to use this for larger indoor/outdoor venues that the Rumble will not cover. Using an Ampeg PF 350 head so this and the Rumble are well within the power handling of 350 watts at 4 ohms.

Have been looking at this cabinet for a about a year and reading the comments about them to see what other bass players had to say about these be for I bought them, now that I have 2 of them I am very pleased with them, very good bang for your buck. I play old R&B and blues with a 14 Pc sole band and have been using these in the rehearsal hall, and will by 2 moor soon. I am going to come pair them with my Bag End cabinets just to see how they stack up. so far they can handle some good power.

SA-115

Update to the performance of this cab used for several months now, still producing an excellent bass tone with Hartke 500 & 1000W amp heads. The covering is durable, no rips at all. Amazingly lightweight-can carry with one hand, and still able to deliver sweet base tone. I went from four to five stars for the months of testing and usage. Thanks Seismic!

UPDATE to my purchase

It is loud yet light and easy to carry. It pairs up very nicely with a Seismic 210 bass cabinet. It delivers a lot of low end. In smaller venues, you may want to eq out some of the lower frequencies so as not to sound too "boomy". Nevertheless, for a working bassist, this is a great cabinet.

SA 115 Bass Cabinet

Bought this to go with my 2X10 cab I bought earlier. Got more bottom end now and it sounds fuller than before . Very pleased with my purchase.

Good low end

The SA-115 1x15 Bass Cab is a competent speaker box that produces clear and deep bass sound. I use it as a base cab paired with another 2x10 with an attenuator, to form the tower with total resistance of 4 Ohms. It is also very inexpensive and the company's customer service is exemplary. The SA-115 1x15 Bass Cab

Met my need for a robust portable bass guitar cabinet! Constuction is excellent - solid even though it’s MDF not plywood. 

Swapped out the seismic speaker (no offense) for a JBL K140. Worked like a charm. Might consider putting a horn in it. We’ll work the money. Thanks. Ian

SA 115 bass guitar cabinet

Arrived in excellent condition. Great packaging. Woofer works well with my Ampeg amplifier and 4X8 cabinet.

I recently moved across country and had to leave my bass cabinet behind.  I needed one just for practice and playing with the church.  This was inexpensive and works great.  If you are playing outdoors you will want more power but this is great for indoor gigs.

Just what I needed

My 15" cabinet arrived Friday evening 9/23/2016, using it on a Saturday night. What a smooth great tone plugged into a Hartke 500 watt bass amp using the single 8 ohm speaker! I've needed a bass cabinet like this forever, playing gigs in Durango, CO that require hauling equiptment on steep stairs and narrow hallways. I've tore myself up hauling 4-10" cabinets into those establishments and this Seismic cab saved my back while retaining the tone required. It's reasonably light, able to carry with one hand in tight places using the beefy plastic handles. I experimented with a 2-10" cab on top after the gig and there is a full range of good tone to be utilized. My only slight beef is the amp covering is a bit thin, using a rubber mat to keep it it from ripping on top, hence the four stars. Other than that, I'm really stoked on Seismic Audio and their products. I need a floor monitor and possibly a 2-12" or 3-10" 4 ohm bass cab for my Hartke 1000 watt amp in the future, so this is the company I will deal with and my pocketbook staying happy.

Incredible bass speaker for the price

As soon that I get this cab doesn’t work I have to replace the jack/ crossover for one that I have ( peavey ) and work for a day and I connected with my 4 10 ampeg and my pf ampeg head and work day and a half then do not work again , I have to buy a new speaker eminence I put it on this cabinet and is working now
