Great product for a pre-teen

Music loading was really fast and had no problems ,I am still trying to figure out loading photos I thought it was compatable with jpg format but not going to give up .My prymary reason to purchase this player was for listening to music and that works well

Very good for listening to music?radio

While the instructions for much of the additional functionality are lacking from the manual, we found it very easy to navigate and load music. The sound quality is good although the screen sometimes needs more pressure to move around...can be frustrating. In any case, my kiddo thinks it is fabulous!!

Perfect for my pre-teen kiddo

It is good considering the investment

Bought this for my son to use on the bus so he could listen to FM radio (since he doesn't have a phone or access to internet), but it won't hold a charge, FM radio resets everytime you turn it on, difficult to use, very cheaply made so options on touch screen are very hard to click and don't even recognize that you are clicking it half the time. Haven't been able to get past the frustrations of getting it to stay on, getting the FM radio where we want it, and not being able to maneuver around it because the touch screen is so terrible, so I have no idea if the other functions even work on it. I couldn't figure it out and lost patience. My son said he'd rather not even bring it because it's too hard to use. Pretty sure the sound in the required headphones is also not even loud enough for him to be able to hear any music over kids on the bus. Very disappointed. DO NOT waste your money.

It was the right size, came with all the compotes needed. However the battery fully charged only seem to last for fifteen minutes then die. There was a button on the bottom of the unit and a long black stick that weren't identified in the instruction manual as to their use. The instructions were so tiny that it took a mag to read them. NOT GOOD1

What a shame

The Naxa looked like just what I wanted, a decent mp3 player, not the case. I loaded 750 songs on it on it, no problem. The problem, everytime you shut it off, it starts again the next time with song #1. I called tech to see if it could just pause and resume the next time started. Was told no, it always starts with song 1. I noticed the software was dated in 2006.

Not good for MP3

Worst mp3 player I have ever purchased. Product failed on first day of use. Some of the issues were:

1) Device became unreadable by PC after first charge. Resetting &  reformatting  the device worked once but continued to fail.

2) Device failed to hold a charge.

3) Device would not power on.  Switch is feeble plastic.

4) Unit is cheap plastic.

This is the same operating system as the Eclipse  player  on clearance on this site at the time of this review. The Eclipse is metal.  

The touch screen is very difficult to use , even with the stylus.

Was not expecting Astell & Kern quality at this price , was gift for a teen. Hoped for something that would last more than a day.
