We use these cards for all our PCs that connect to scientific instruments (Agilent etc).
No problems getting the drivers installed or the instruments to communicate.

Great support

An arrow showing where pin 1 is for the parallel cable would've been helpful. The stock photo provided on Amazon, CDW, and shown on the box contradicts what is show on the front of the manual.

Our application requires large files download (3MB) with baud rate of 115200 and using this model of device we are getting many issues, mainly loss of data and comunication being stopped. We have no issues with other models
