What does the V mean on the 09V color, for instance?

Yes you need to mix it with a developer.  If you are depositing use a 10 volume.  If lifting use 20 vol. 
Using as a toner use 10 vol and only leave in a few minutes.  Got to watch it closely if used as a toner

How do you use this product? Do you have to mix it with a certain volume developer or just open the tube and apply it to hair?

I'm nicely surprised with speed delivery, that took just two days, while other sellers are still in order preparation phase.

Great product, fast delivery

Good product leaves your hair healthier and shiny. If you have two Tones in your hair you donttones in your hair you dont want to leave it in too long because it will change the color of the darker color

Turned my hair lever 10 platinum hair a muddy brown violet using as directed. Not pretty. Do NOT leave this in your hair for the 20 minutes recommended. I had to use a color remover to get it out. It may have worked fine leaving it 5 minutes or less or heavily diluted. Just use Wella, tried and true.

Muddy brownish violet

I was expecting a platinum shade which usually contains silver/blue undertones but this Conor was extreme violet-pink. I was very disappointed as it did not go with my skin color nor was it true to its name. I washed hair with shampoo and perioxide as well as using a 20 volume peroxide with an extremely light blonde color hoping to remove the pink/lavender. Fortunately it did. I do not recommend this color at all unless you are looking for an old-lady  joker/lavender color.

Great Product-Poor Merchant

I ordered this and it told me I would receive it by March 20th on March 19th I checked tracking to see that it said it had been delivered on March 13th, it had not it showed it had been delivered to somewhere in a different state from me. I called and WALMART did refund me. This place never reached back out to me after messaging them. But, I got a refund on something I had been waiting on %26 told you'll have to reorder it. So, now I'm Reordering from another seller that can hopefully send it to me the first time %26 now I'm waiting on this item again!
