[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best grill that I have owned, easy to put together, even easier to use. Perfect results every time couldn't be happier worth every penny. I just wish there had been some cooking suggestions or pamphlet to get a person started with in the box, I did find all the info I needed on the web site with some good recipes to get started with. Customer service was great and shipping was fast.

The perfict grill

This is the first pellet smoker I've used and I'm sad that I didn't switch to one earlier. Assembly is easy and it works great. The first weekend I smoked Baby back ribs, pulled pork butt and a beef brisket and they were all the best I've ever cooked. I have to recommend the Lumberjack wood pellets. They seem to smoke the most consistently and the temperature seems to stay steadier with them.

Great smoker

I definitely have to give it 5 stars on quality. The wight of the steel that was used to build the pellet grill has a  nice heavy feeI to it . It only took about an hour to build and about 45 minutes to prime.The temp been holding steady at 500 since it reached the temp I wanted. very little fluctuation.I would definitely recommend this grill to anybody who wants to get into pellet grill

Well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used it twice since I put it together. Made some ribs both time, Baby back and beef ribs. Both were almost fall off the bone but they both got a little dry. Did them at 225 for about 4.5 hrs. Any helpful hints....

Great smoke flavor

This is phenomenal. We recently moved and pitched our old grill and smoker. Was actually shopping for a smoker and came across this. After a little research and considering the versatility and price we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. We have had it 2 weeks and have cooked a brisket, pork chops, and steaks on it. Initially we were a little concerned about the size but it has proven to be just right for us. Assembly was easy, and there are you tube videos and easy to navigate zgrills website for questions, tips, and easy to follow recepies.

I dont usually write reviews, and was a little skeptical of buying this grill, with the mixed reviews that I saw....But do yourself a favor and dont hesitate to buy this item, it has been nothing short of fantastic! Have used it everyday since it arrived and couldn't be happier....happy grilling!!

100 percent satisfied

Awesome smoker

This tabletop pellet smoker is the best addition to my full time RV lifestyle. I just wish I would have gotten one sooner. I've been a full time RV'er for two years and the only thing I truly missed about being a homeowner was my smoker. This machine is small but mighty. I did an 8 pound pork butt for my first cook. I started it at 10pm at night on 180 and at 6:30 am the next day, I bumped it up to 225 for another 3 hours and once it reached 190 internal I pulled it off to rest for 15 mins and the bone just slipped out and pulled apart by hand, no claws needed. Phenomenal smoke flavor and smoke ring. This thing is outstanding. While chickens and brisket are next. Highly recommend this pellet grill/smoker for any full time RV'ers.

Huge flavor in a small package

The construction is solid. Sturdy grade of steel. It's a nice look with the bronze pieces. It heats up FAST. Only takes a couple of minutes to get up to 450. We've made some great tasting food on it. You won't get a DEEP smoke ring like you would with an offset smoker but I'm ok with that because the trade off is that you have to tend an offset during the smoke whereas this is just set it and forget it. Holds temperature well.If you want the best of both worlds, get a pellet tube and place it on the grill to increase the smoke penetration.

Results have been great so far. I've made ribs, wings, and a pork shoulder, all of which turned out awesome (though not as smokey as I would've liked). The temperature holds steady for the duration of the cooking, and the surface area is large enough for two racks, plus dozen wings or a pork shoulder and about two dozen wings.The assembly instructions weren't clear for all steps, but overall it was fairly easy. The smoker seemed to leak quite a bit of smoke through the lid and chimney assembly, but I'm assuming that doesn't matter as much in pellet smoker due to the constant supply of heat and smoke. Finally, even with a full hopper, I had to regularly push pellets into the auger since a "hole" built up with pellets dropping straight down.Overall: Good buy. Would recommend at this price point.

Good quality at this price

My grill came with a broken auger motor. I haven't even been able to use it. They sent me a new auger motor and expect ME to change it. I've called everyday for a resolution. I've missed their call backs so I have to continually start the whole process again. Extremely unhappy
