This is a great product.  Easy to assemble and comfortable.

Great patio furniture purchase

Both chairs had issues with holes lining up so arms could be put on.  We had to put back and seat on first to be able to attach arms and then could only get one bolt in.  I rated 4 stars as customer service was fantastic!  We sent a picture  of issue and they are sending two new left arms. Hoping these will go on better.  Love the chairs and the dark gray cushions.  Only other issue is it said they were rockers but they are not.  We really didnt want rockers so it was ok that description was wrong.

Like the chairs but issues putting together

Been 2 hours building it. Only did a chair. Patience is not our virtue. And the chair came out wobbly. But it's beautiful. Maybe it would go better with someone that is handy.

Too long

Ordered and hd no idea they were rocking chairs as the picture doesnt show them as rockers... even the side table is different.  Three pieces of the plastic rattan were already broken, boxes came mangled.  Didnt even put them together.

Not happy..

As others have said, the installation process is difficult with many of the holes for connecting bolts not aligned.  Some were so far off that they could not be inserted at all, leaving critical pieces not connected.  If I had known, I would not have bought the set.  After you start though, there's no way to put it back in the box to return.
