[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest, I have never heard of this brand before, but I am so ecstatic I found it. I found that whether you used the instruction booklet it came with or the app, assembly was easy. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver around the patio. High quality build that will last for many years to come. I think the Graphite Gray color is gorgeous on a grill, I definitely prefer it over normal, boring stainless steel. I've kept my Freestyle covered, when not in use, so I've found that a simple microfiber cloth cleans the dust/dirt off easily. Getting it lit is very easy and fast, which is perfect for those last minute/quick meals. The grates are truly non-stick, I even forgot to season them, and I had no issues with food sticking. They were very easy to clean up afterwards with just a simple Grill cleaning sponge. As an added bonus there is a bottle opener, which is convenient, especially for my Husband or family BBQs. The warming/secondary rack worked out perfectly for baked potatoes. This Napoleon - Freestyle 425 Grill has been the talk of the town on my street. Oh, I forgot to mention that it comes with a 10yr warranty! I mean, it can't get any better than that.

We absolutely love our new Freestyle 425 grill!  The four burners light quickly, it comes to tempurature quickly and it cooks uniformly.  It was easy to assemble with good instructions.

My favorite grill!!

After countless hours, days and weeks of research, I purchased my Napoleon Freestyle a couple of months ago, best decision I have ever made and I highly recommend. Right out of the box, I could tell that this was a very well made and quality product. With the included link for video instructions, assembly was a breeze. I have used this grill multiple times already, and I have been amazed each time. Grill gets up to temp incredibly fast and is very easy to set and maintain a temp. I have used many different brands and types of high end and low end grills over the years, I believe I am now a lifelong Napoleon customer.

Setup:
Unboxing and assembling the Freestyle 425 was a mostly good experience. It comes in a compact box with numerous pieces, so be prepared for quite a bit of assembly. My wife and I were able to assemble it in about 45 minutes. We appreciated the instructions, but some steps were difficult to understand because certain parts weren't labeled, so there's some room for improvement in that regard. Otherwise, all the necessary parts were included in the box and everything fit together nicely.

Design:
The Freestyle 425 is a good-looking grill. It's on the smaller end when it comes to grill size, but I like the sleek and compact design. I also like the gray and black color scheme with silver accents. Every piece looks and feels well made. There are two plastic wheels on one side which allow you to move the grill around pretty easily by picking up the opposite side. Since the grill isn't very large, moving it doesn't require much effort. The bottom storage area where the propane tank and grease trap are has a door with a handle and magnetic clasp. The propane tank fits nicely but you don't have room for much else. Each side of the grill has side shelves that both retract to further reduce the grill's footprint. There are tool hooks on both sides, and one of the sides has a bottle opener, which is a nice touch. I wish my model had a side burner, but it looks like there is another Freestyle 425 model that does, so you might want to consider that if you anticipate using a side burner. Under the hood, there's a warming rack, porcelainized cast iron cooking grids, and porcelain-enameled sear plates that cover up the burner ports. The firebox below is cast aluminum without any seams, so it has good heat control and prevents grease from getting on your patio or wherever you are using the grill. Overall, it's a basic design, but it gets the job done and looks great doing it. 

Features & Performance:
Napoleon named their ignition system “JETFIRE”, and it lives up to the name. It literally shoots a jet of flame to light each gas burner. Startups are quick and reliable every single time. I also noticed that if you have multiple burners going and one gets blown out by the wind, it will automatically reignite because there are crossbars connecting the burners in the back. Whether I'm using all the burners or just a couple, all the food I have put on this grill seems to cook evenly. I like that the Freestyle 425 gets hot very quickly, especially when I don't have much time. In about five minutes with all the burners on, it can get to 700 degrees. The wide temperature range and ability to monitor the temperature on the hood's gauge add versatility and control over what you're grilling. One final thing worth mentioning is that Napoleon offers a 10-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on this grill, which is very impressive. I haven't seen any other similar grills with that good of a warranty, so the 10-year exceeds my expectations and gives me peace of mind knowing that Napoleon has such confidence in their materials and workmanship.

Reliable Grill With Delicious Results

This 425 natural gas freestyle grill replaces our 20 year old Ducane 2 burner, hoping this new one and I will last that long too!

What i love:
1) 4 burners
2) Temp gauge pegs out over 700°F probably 800+
3) Natural gas unit comes ready to assemble no conversion needed
4)Great assembly instructions except for where to run natural gas line from top area(confusing)
5) Lower profile than the Rogue 425 
6)The turbo light is a cool feature
7) The way it re-lights if one of the burners blow out.
8) Was missing a cover on slide out drip pan, Napolean took care of it right away via email, i'm just waiting to receive it(i have order number) good customer service!

What i don't like: 
1) Has cast iron grills instead of Stainless steel
2) Has ceramic coated steel Sear plates instead of Stainless Steel
3) large slide out drip pan is Ceramic coated steel
4) No Side Sear/burner
5) Temp gauge maxes out at 700°F (LOL) needs to be 1000°F to give a clear reading
6) European model has the grills and Sear plates in Stainless along with a Side burner
7) The cost of the stainless upgrades push price much higher, but will help eliminate long term rusting issues

What I changed and added:
1) I purchased the Rogue 425 Stainless Grills they fit right in(we only wanted this model because of lower profile) 
2) In process of purchasing Stainless steel Sear plates that go over burners to replace the Ceramic coated steel ones that will rust out (the Rogue 425 ones fit)
3) Purchased the Napoleon grill cover, fits great.
4) Ordered aluminum drip pans and large drip tray covers.

Love grill but wish it was European model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this grill. The hassle that I had receiving it was enough to drive anyone crazy. The grill outside of the dents and scratches has the makeup of a nice grill. I liked the easy assembly. The cast iron gridd make for the perfect sear on any meat. The temperature gauges allowed for easy cook time. The side range burner is also a nice touch for side dishes to cook along the meat.
