The chair is exquisite and ideal for the elderly. The only thing I would alter about the chair is to have slightly higher armrests that provide support when the chair is sunk.

It is located in my bedroom, where I watch television. It certainly suits its purpose, although folding it is difficult.

Comfortable and appealing.

This item was in fact what we purchased for our hotel accommodations. There are never enough options for recliners, so this is ideal.  Slight enough for portability while remaining cozy enough for rest.

Extraordinary solace and size.

I underwent back surgery and had difficulties. I couldn't rest flat on my back or stomach, just on my sides for a few minutes. I had to use a front strap to assist me sit up, but I was able to sleep the entire night without pain. Two screws also needed to be tightened. Apart from that, I was able to relax.

Incredible on the lower back.

Similar in appearance to the chair. No more than three hours. The leg stand supported the chair via an adjustable brace. Hardware was acquired from Lowes. It only awaited the other to break out.Although the chair's weight capacity is 500 pounds, it failed to support my 270 pounds. Please resolve the matter. The chair is comfortable otherwise.The following day, new fasteners were installed. Gravity chairs are operational.

The chair was held up by bad pins.

Although we already have a collection of oversized chairs, we thought it would be a good idea to purchase a few more unique and comfortable ones for the family.  These are in no way oversized; in fact, they are not even close.  Not much can compare to our oversized sofas.  Conventional chairs adorned with plush cushioning.  Deceptive advertising. Preserve your funds! Avoid doing it. In reality, we spent LESS on our oversized chairs.

NOT Curiously large.

The product did not include the advertised cup holder. Additionally, there was a sharp edge of the fastener at the swivel position just above the knees when seated, which snagged a pair of shorts and tore them as I reclined in the chair.

Item showed up without 'Cup Holder'; torn sets of shorts on uncovered bolt.

First, my mistake - I was looking for a padded zero-gravity chair and selected this one based on the style of padding.  I did not realize that as I was switching through different styles and colors of padding that I was also switching through different styles of chair.
Please take careful note of the photo, which shows the chair in its particular fully-upright position.  The lower third section, below the knees of the occupant, does not go back further than 30 degree or so, maybe more.  To get into the chair, you have to be able to straddle the lower third, reach behind you to the arms, and perform a trust-fall into the seat.  The chair may indeed support the 450lbs it claims, but not many 450lb people will be able to get into or out of this chair.
Construction and build quality seem fine enough; I see no fault in that.  Padding is thin, but about the same as a padded camping cot (which this chair can indeed become).  When in the camping cot position, it sits at maybe 12" off the ground, making for another awkward and difficult sitting on and rising up from situation.
This may be the perfect chair for your needs, but does not fulfill mine, and will be returning it posthaste.
