Takes awhile to heat up but worth it. I'm addicted to this thing. Just had a Mother's Day gathering and everyone enjoyed the burgers and brats. We make steaks on it as well and they turned out perfect! Great price and great food :)

Great grill

Packaged really well.  Easy to follow instructions.  I needed help when it came to installing the legs, but that was expected.  First smoke was a couple of racks of baby backs. Came out with a nice color and a distinct smoke ring.  Up tomorrow:  spatchcocked chicken.  Next weekend, maybe a flat-cut brisket.  I've been smoking for a long time but always with a charcoal Weber or an electric smoker.  This one just feels right for us now.

Don't hesitate

This unit is really just a smoker. Do not buy if you expect to have an effective grill with searing capabilities. It is primarily a smoker, not a grill. Had to buy a stand-alone grill.
