Love these chairs in every way! Very comfortable and stylish. Assembly wasn't difficult, especially if you use opposing ratchets. The price is great for two chairs, and finding cushions was not difficult. The size and design mandates thinner (not puffy) cushions, but the chairs are comfortable even without padding. I ordered two sets of these chairs. The first box arrived in very good shape with absolutely no damage to the contents, which were packed very well, two chairs in the same box. The second box arrived badly damaged and looked like it had been dropped or smashed by something heavy on top. The bottom was like an accordion. It also appeared to have been mishandled side to side, so the contents had broken loose somewhat and torn up the inside of the box. It was packaged the same way as the other box, so I fault the carrier. The chairs in the damaged box had some minor damage from loose parts scraping around and gouging at the paint. It's minor enough (and located in areas that aren't too obvious) that I think I can get some brown touch-up paint and still be happy with the purchase. Returning them is not worth the hassle. Since the chairs are made of lightweight steel, I figure I'll have to spray paint them every couple of years anyway just to keep them from rusting. All in all, the price is right for the quality and quantity. Great value for the cost conscious buyer.

Fit perfectly in the small area inside the sunroom I wanted it for. It wont get a lot of use so should hold up well. Its very comfortable for me. Im short. They sit a little low. They rock slightly but nice because we have windows behind them and wont hit. The swivel is nice. I like the round stand...I use for a foot rest. I purchased, as suggested 18x19 cushions which fit nice. The chairs appear to have a full of oil on the. Which needs to be wiped off, which is no big deal. I recommend for inside use on porch!

Perfect for my sunroom.

Love the chairs but too thrilled about the price for two without cushions! Yes, cushions not included and hard to find one that fit just right. 
Assembly was easy to follow along with the picture step by step instructions, only tool needed is a screwdriver! 
Quality is okay thus far and seems sturdy enough to accommodate up to a large sized adult.

Only 2 chairs no cushions!

Love the chairs!! Heavy duty and sturdy. Only problem, one set of chairs has the nuts, bolts and washers missing. And I ordered 3 pairs!! Contacted the manufacturer by email, still waiting on a response from them!!

Great product, but missing some parts!

NOT easy to put together but good quality.  Some were scratched and/or dented as many folks have written on here, and hope nothing rusts. It's rained on the set and no problems so far. The picture and instructions aren't too good. Bought 4 sets of these (2 in a set) and after I FINALLY got the first one put together, the next 7 chairs were relatively easy. Got these chairs with the black expandable 83” table from Walmart and the set looks great. All 8 chairs at the table fit nicely with plenty of eating space. The chairs do technically rock, but just barely. If you're looking for true rocking swivel chairs, these probably aren't for you, but I think they're very comfortable.

Nice chairs but HARD to assemble

unassembled chair has several damaged areas including dents in the backrest of the chair. The chair sitting platform is not the side of a normal patio chair- much smaller and not very comfortable to sit in.  overall quality of the chair isnt that great. Doesnt seem to be even because my legs angle downward quite a bit. I have only put 1 chair together because it didnt come with enough bolts to put them both together. Im real disappointed because i thought i found a great deal. Just overall not happy with the purchase. seller still hasnt responded about the missing bolts and its been over 6 weeks. i may apply for a return.

Damaged!! I got 2 sets of these and they are both damaged in the same spot because of the way they are packaged in the box. All of the backs of the chairs are dented and paint chipped off!! Going to cause rusting

PACKEGED WRONG, DAMAGED PRODUCT

The seats of the chairs have many dents and also have rust and the paint is peeling on part of the back.  I need to know where I can make the complaint.  This is not the first time this has happened, when I bought a barbecue online it still came with dents but no one answered my complaints.
