In a word this grill is quality! Everything is solid. Loaded with Premium features. The first time I heated it up I found out it gets hot! Was up past 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. The rotisserie is an awesome included accessory. The side sear burner is a monster! The lights inside the grill and in the storage area are awesome. I cook late often and never realized how helpful they would be. Highly recommend!!!

I've only just gotten the grill, but we are already enjoying cooking on it from the first day.  We've done steaks, rotisserie chicken, brats, hamburgers, hotdogs, and even rotisserie French fries.  It's a well built grill, heavy and solid and we look forward to many years of enjoyment from this grill.

We absolutely LOVE our new Napoleon grill. It cooks food evenly and and is so easy to clean. The infrared for the rotisserie works wonderful as well as the infrared sear station. Love, Love, Love our grill!

A Must-Have Grill

Beast of a grill for sure. So far I like it a lot. The infrared burners are crazy cool and I look for things to cook that I can use them on. The knob lights and the interior lights are awesome. The Napoleon projection on the ground definitely makes a statement that I am not your average everyday grill. Took a little while to assemble but I pretended my back was hurting and my daughter and son in law did most of it for me 😁 so far I would definitely recommend this grill.

Great Grill

We're excited and very pleased with our new Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 stainless steel natural gas grill!  It's easy to use, consistent and even heat and cooking, is solid, simple to maintain, and is GORGEOUS.  Ours is on a cart on our deck.  The cart (also solid) rolls easily and stores our accessories and tools nicely.  The searing and rotisserie burners are also both very cool and easy to use, giving us great outcomes.  We're looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this product.

Our first venture into the world of "adult" grills.

I really love this grill and it's flexible grilling options.   The searing element is incredible for steaks and I am so happy I purchased the grilling basket for the rotisserie.  I highly recommend you pay for professional delivery and installation. There is no reason to buy an expensive grill and get annoyed immediately when you can relax and enjoy!

What a great grill with so many useful features

I'm in love with this grill.  Almost everything is perfect. 

My only complaint is the motor for the rotisserie protrudes away from the side so far that it must be removed in order to open the door to the right hand side for access to the cutting board and storage bin. And once removed there is no convenient location to store it out of the way. A bracket on the back of the unit would be perfect for keeping it safely out of the way when not in use.  Also wish there was a light inside the lower cabinet.

Almost the perfect grill

This is a really, really good grill! Love, love, love the infrared sear functionality and internal lighting that makes evening grilling SO much easier. I was especially grateful for being able to speak with knowledgable carbon-based life forms who were able to resolve a couple of set-up questions.  These are people that know and care about great grilling!


It has significantly improved the quality of my life! So what would move my rating from a 4 to a 5? Just a couple of tiny nits in the spirit of continuous improvement: 

1. The trim rings around each of the burner knobs are easily separated from their anchors. A tighter fit of better glue would prevent this. 

2. I have to keep a close eye on rotisserie chickens. The mounts for the motor have a tendency to flex. This can lead to a chicken that isn't rotating. Beefier motor mounts might help. 

Take a bow for a job well done with this product. It is delivering great results 3-5 times a week.
