Love this product.  Ordered two chairs and a side table last year.  Added the glider this year.  Perfect on my back porch.  Very comfortable.  Easy assembly.

Gliders came neatly packed, all pieces were included. Instructions were easy to follow, helpful hints were helpful and speeded up assembly. Once assembled gliders worked as expected and was comfortable.

Very easy to assemble, no more than 20 minutes. The perfect item for our screened patio. Very comfortable.

Great item, great cost.

We received our glider and found that we were missing one screw and that one of the arm pieces did not properly line up with the holes in the seat.  A call to customer service was immediately answered by a courteous and knowledgeable representative, and within 24 hours they had shipped the screw and a new arm piece and seat.  Assembly took only fifteen minutes. The product is beautiful, great quality, and the smoothest glider I've ever sat in. I would definitely buy additional outdoor furniture from this company.

Love the glider! It's on our patio and exposed to rain and occasionally snow. It was easy to assemble and sturdy.  Great for an outdoor space.

Exactly as expected

We already had a polywood rocker and wanted a glider to replace a wood one that had finally rotted away. This is great; we love it.

Just what we wanted

The assembly instructions were clear and helpful. We have two on our patio. We anticipate that we will enjoy many hours there.

Sturdy

Debated between hanging swing and a glider. Went with glider for greater versatility. Had an issue with construction due to a misplaced screw hole but manufacturer quickly replaced the part. Glides easily. Back not as high as anticipated.

Works well

While I like the idea of using recycled plastic for outdoor furniture; assembly by an average person was difficult. To make matters worse glider box was missing screws. Called the # & was sent different looking screws. Instructions were vague & assembly was very difficult.
