I was nervous to buy furniture online without sitting on it, but was pleasantly surprised! This couch is longer than most, the cushions are made very well and comfortable, and it's pretty heavy and sturdy! The feet on the chairs and couch have adjustable knobs so it will never wobble. Very good looking set, would recommend it!

Hi, My name is Sherri, I've looked for a sectional for my screened in porch for a year, I wanted to make sure it wasn't low! with cushions that were flat, I didn't want cheap, I saw this set read about it pictures look great review were good that helps me on my decision, if there not good turns me off so I ordered it came fast like three days! I put it together myself!! not hard at all and looked great I like it so much I added a another chair in the sectional and got the arm side chair also!  So another words I could have gotten the bigger one to begin with but nice that I could add on! I'm very picky ask my sister ! she looked and listen about getting one for a year!! about to order from different places but never did then I showed her this and she agreed with me so I did ! very happy looks great just what I wanted and Hayneedle was great would highly recommend them!! Beautiful looking set. Make sure when you assemble you do not tighten the bolts too much. Wait till everything is connected.  Cushions are thick and comfortable.

Great looking set

The furniture arrived extremely well packed.  Putting it together is challenging and takes at minimum two people.  Numerous holes didn't line up so it was difficult getting everything aligned.  And one piece was missing a hole completely.  Seat depth could be a little longer. Ultimately, we like the set and it works perfectly for our lake house deck.

Work!  But worth it in the end.

Love this set. I ordered it on a June 28, 2017, it arrived literally 3 days later! The set is exactly as it looks on this site. We looked and searched and did more looking. Went to a few stores to sit on different types of furniture to get an idea of height and comfort. However, this set was not in any store we visited. After measuring the space on our deck, where we wanted to place a sectional, we continued our search online and found a few sets on Hayneedle. We took a chance and ordered it, so glad we did! One of the reasons we ordered it was the look of the cushions. We love the look of them; the square clean edges and the white piping on them lends to the clean sturdy look and feel. These are not squishy pillowy cushions, they are firm, but VERY comfortable. We sat on other sets that were low, making it difficult to stand from a seated position. This set is a good normal height, it's 18 inches from the floor to the top of the cushions. It's perfect for my height of 5'8"". I'm currently sitting on this set out on my deck as I write this. We purchased the 4 piece set, which is the left and right couches, corner piece and the coffee table, in tan. All 3 colors were beautiful, I really wanted the sienna color, but chose the tan and have a couple of pillows on it to add color.  The ONLY negative was the assembly. The instructions were easy to follow, but lining up the holes on a few of them was a challenge. I did the assembly myself, I love putting things together. My suggestion, DO NOT tighten the nut to the bold all the way until you have all the bolts in their holes. This will allow for movement of the bolts when aligning them. Also, forgo the use of the allen wrench and that other tool, if you have a ratchet, use that. It did take me about 4.5 hours. But that included a couple of breaks, placing it on the deck and throwing the packaging and boxes away that the pieces came in. We are very pleased and happy with this set. 4 stars only because of the assembly.

Love this sectional set for our deck

Once we received our order, we set to work putting each individual piece together.  Each piece arrived in excellent condition.  It does take two people to assemble the pieces, and with a little patience you'll have it all together so you can sit sit down and have a collective sigh of relief. The seating is deep, with thickly padded cushions (we ordered the blue with white piping).  The arm rests are wide so they do not pinch or stab.  The sofa is long enough to lay on, and the tables are strong.  Each piece is fully completed, so there are no unattractive sides. This set is a very good value, and has a very clean line.
