First off, nothing to do with Napoleon but a big box seller not starting with an H! They listed the features of the prestige pro and sold me the prestige. Shame on them. Back to the grill! What can i say but almost perfect. The only negative is the handles on the cabinet doors. Finish is already starting to bubble. But will be testing their warranty in a few months. I bought the grill in January and cook on it at least 5 nights a week. Great build quality, easy assembly even for one strong person. Packaging could be better i have scratches on the hood. But what this thing does is amazing. It cooks evenly, cleans easily, and gets hot fast. Love the burner lights, at first i thought it was kind of gimmicky but I realized how many time I forget to turn off the burners. Im in Florida smoking meats requires only one burner on low. I clean with dawn dish soap and ss polish and it always looks amazing . I could not spend this kind of money on a grill made in china, i would regret it. Everybody i know has a (W) grill. And let me tell you they all love my Napoleon! Keep up the great work and you now have a happy customer for life. I will be calling for new handles for my.

I love the lighted controls and attractive design.  The ignition flame is top notch and I've been using the rotisserie and optional rotisserie basket the most.  It's amazing what you can make from meats to veggies.  The infrared burner on the rear side is a game changer for bringing your grill game up a level!

I bought this last year and have loved everytime I've used it. I've had many lower end BBQs before and nothing compares to this. Using such a high quality product has encouraged me to experiment with different things and showed me the difference a quality product can have on food quality and taste. High quality product!

I bought this last year as a move in gift to our new townhouse and used it for 45 straight day instead of cooking in the house. My wife loves that I do the cooking for us and I love it because it's so accurate and simple to manage the heat. No flare ups or hot spots. In face I baked some cookies on it a couple of weeks ago!

Best Grill I Have Owned

Lights fast very hot and the sear zone great 
I came from charcoal but now I'm a propane convert. Head is built great.. base kinda flimsy

My first thoughd

When researching replacing my 18 year old grill and giving it much thought, it came down to 2 choices and Napoleon won out. Quality and value to dollar plus being made in North America were the deciding factors. After several cooks I feel I made a great choice. Thanks neighbors to the North! Cheers

This Napoleon is no Waterloo ;)

Very nice grill, looks good and performs well. I'm impressed with how quickly it heats up (mine is NG) to 500+ for searing. Also live the SS wavy grates. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that the auto starter takes more to en a couple of tries before it starts. Oh, and it wasn't that hard to assemble.

Heats up fast

This grill impressed ever single grill person in the neighborhood. The amount of heat that is generated from the main four burners is incredible. You can make some great sear marks on those grates. The infrared side burner is in a class of it's own. The first thing I cooked on it were two tomahawk steaks. The turned out better than any high end restaurant I bought a steak from. You spend more money up front for this grill but you will save money by staying home to eat.

Have wanted to buy Napoleon - Fun to cook with

My Napoleon grill has been disappointing.  For the price I paid, I expected even heating and for the basic body to be aligned.  The grill heats up well, but the heat is very uneven.  Much hotter in the back than the front.   The body is nice, but the shelf on the right is slightly warped and has never set correctly.  I do like the stainless grates.
