i researched all-metal patio sets and this was in the lower end of the price range. I'm happy with it so far - the paint seems ok, though I anticipate down the road some potential rusting as the paint chips and refinishing with some Krylon. The chairs are not of the dainty type - they are more sturdy than the tiny folding 'bistro set' chairs and are roomy.  They stack easily.  While i'm happy with my purchase, some things I didn't like are: the color isn't quite the same as the picture. I ordered 'gold', and the picture makes it look more like a muted, champagne-gold. what arrived was more of a brassy-gold. The table top isn't quite perfectly flat; if you look down it there is some warping b/c it's really a metal mesh top (but fine for my purposes). The directions were utterly useless. The hardware it says it comes with is not actually what they provide. But if you have at least some hardware knowledge, you can get it together. The rubber/plastic feet on the chairs could be a bit wider for more stability on soil or to not get caught in the gaps of deck boards. In general, the set could use some improvement, but then the price would go up too. So in this price range, i'm happy.

This table is the perfect addition to my backyard. I have it on patio pavers and it works great. Placing on grass may not work well because the legs would dig in. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Perfect table for us

I bought this largely on price and because it didn't have one of those glass tops. It's really for all of us in our apartment area. Lots of us older folks and only my corner has room for anything. The old fellas love to play dominoes but had to haul furniture outside to do so. Senior apartments run small. It is perfect for this and we were all pleasantly surprised by how comfortable those metal chairs are. Good gathering spot for morning coffee,  too.

I really love it. Recommend it for quality and budget.

This dining set is a *very* good value, for the price. It's nice looking, seats are comfortable enough, simple to set up, and is as sturdy as one could expect. (Some reviewers noted that the ""mesh"" on the table is a bit wobbly. That's true, if you push in a particular place -- but I don't see any practical ramifications.)   It's not the highest quality product you could imagine. The plastic feet on the chairs came off easily while setting up, and either one was missing when sent or got lost in setup. The Allen wrench included in set is made with some pretty soft metal that you need to be careful with when screwing bolts in. Etc. But come on, what can you expect for the price?  It's functional, will be low maintenance, will last several years (I expect) without maintenance, and looks fun + nice. And it wasn't at all expensive.
