Good Cart

The grill seems to be okay, however, the user manual is lacking in details and some things are not not included.  For example, there are no instructions for installing the LED lights, the infrared burner instructions are not clear and some of the assembly instructions are very poorly written.

Poorly written manual

Instructions from Blaze were completely inadequate as was their customer service. The instructions were inconsistent with the parts they sent for building the cart and when I talked to them they were absolutely unable to explain why some of the parts were missing based on the instructions. One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. FORTUNATELY--the customer service from BBQ Guys was amazing and they were able to help me sort things out.

Cart required much more assembly than I was led to believe by salesperson. Instructions poor. Pack of screws,lock washers, washers didn't match instructions. Confusing due to different sizes when instructions said all would be same size. Recommend offering local set up by authorized companies. Also many sharp dangerous edges in sheet metal. I put edge guard on some of the edges but not all can use edge guard. Front doors won't open n close with edge guard. Recommend having sharp edges folded back on themselves. I cut myself several times reaching in to turn propane bottle before I added edge guard.

Buyer Beware

Nowhere in any of the information about this cabinet does it indicate that this requires assembly. First, you have to strip off all of the heavy plastic protective coating sheets. This is the better part of an hour! Then it is like I was a kid again playing with an Erector Set. I thought I was purchasing a complete grill. Not the individual components. And for the price I expected it to be fully assembled and tested. That's not what happened.

Buyer Be Aware

This thing was designed by someone who's parents gave them a laser cutter for Christmas and then decided to get into the manufacturing business out of their garage. The instructions proudly tout that only one type of screw, lock washer, and flat washer will be needed for assembly. However multiple types of screws, washers, and even nuts (that did not fit the screws) were included in my set. On top of that, there weren't enough screws, lock washers, and flat washers to fill all the holes used during assembly, requiring a trip to the local hardware store to buy some. Once I got home to finish assembly, I realized there are some holes that just won't work with the large-diameter flat washers, so I really felt like my time was wasted. The assembly also uses "nutserts" (their term, not mine) to make assembly easier so you don't have to use individual nuts on every screw you attach. Unfortunately, no fewer than four of these nutserts were tapped incorrectly, and tightening the screw in them led to the nutsert being dislodged and never fully tightening. So now I have a rattle trap of a grill cart, barely hanging together, that was proudly designed by some kid who was fascinated by their laser cutter, and tried to make a business out of it. 

Bottom line: You're buying this cart because you're considering a blaze grill. This cart is just as bad as the blaze grill. If you're in the market for a mid-tier grill product, go consider something that is likely just as poorly made as this but has more features.

Designed by an amateur

I received the cart for my Blaze 32" grill a few days ago.  I opened the cart box yesterday to put the grill together.  

First off, there was no instruction manual on how to put the cart together.  After searching on Internet, I found a YT video made by Jim Haas that worked for everything except the front doors as my cart is a newer model and the door are attached a different way.  Was able to figure that out on my own.

Second, I only got about 2/3rds of the M5 screws needed to put the cart together, so had to go to Ace hardware to buy more.  

Third, there was no hole drilled in the top left back panel to insert screw into the left side piece.  I had to drill a hole in the back panel to fix that.

Fourth. for the left side piece where it is to be screwed into the front corner bottom piece, I could not insert a screw into the hole because there was already a broken off piece of screw in the hole.  Since I didn't have a tap to extract the broken screw, I had to drill a hole next to it and use a bolt and nut to get the left side piece to be attached to the bottom piece.

Fifth, same issue as above for the hinge piece for the right front door that is to be screwed to the right side piece.  The threads in the part where the screw goes in was all boogered up and couldn't attached the hinge part to the right side piece.  Only way I could figure out how to fix this was to get a hammer and chisel and bust off the piece that the screw goes into and then use a bolt and nut to attach the hinge piece to the right side piece.

All in all, a horrible job of manufacturing and quality control that made it nearly impossible to assemble the cart.  DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!  If my Blaze grill is of the same poor manufacturing and quality as the cart, I'll be returning the grill.
