The Phantom Nails it!! I'm used to owning the box store grills and was hesitant to purchase a Napoleon Grill because of the approximately 2k price tag. I could wrap my head around spending that kind of money, but my nephew convinced me too and I couldn't be happier. My Phantom Prestige 500 RSIB knocks it out of the park. It will heat to 600 plus degrees within a couple of minutes and after about a month worth of use I can honestly say I shouldn't have waited so long to get one. The Phantom makes an average griller like me look like a grill master. The heat is even across all areas and there have been no flair ups after heavy usage. Everything I grill comes out perfect to the point where it makes me look forward to the next grilling!! The lighted knobs are also great I left one burner on and when i looked out the window the red knob let me know my mistake… It doest hurt that it looks like a Star Wars Grill with the lights on hahaha

After cooking the most perfect porterhouse, red peppers and nectarines for dessert the first time and a perfectly grilled salmon with roasted Yukon potatoes and some bernaise  the next, I am confident in saying this grill will get nearly as much use as the kitchen we're remodeling!! IR side burner brilliantly seared steak one night and made a sauce the next.

Fantastic Grill

Where innovation, functionality,  jaw dropping looks and bold black labeling of the series name line called the Phantom, had put me in a petrified paralyzing state. I was dragged into its underworld by the sultry matte black finish and silky silver cast iron stainless steel grates. I knew I had to have it. From having palpitations every time I uncover the grill, I  know what I'm about to do with it.  Extreme heat searing, succulent rotisserie, and btus that rival the Falcon Heavy Rocket, I will be grilling the WORLD.

Did lots of research and determined that the Napolean Phantom Prestige 500 was the grill for me. We considered the Prestige PRO 500, but It had more features that were eye catching but didn't actually serve any necessary function.  The Phantom grill had the more functional “bells and whistles” that were actually useful.  The sear station does a great job with putting that final touch on your steak or chop.  This thing gets HOT!  Glad I went with this purchase due to the cast SS grates which I can't ever imagine wearing out.  These grates will be around long after other components of the grill are worn out. Also came with a rotisserie which is nice.  This grill is easy to breakdown, clean, and maintain which I do after each and every cook.  Paid a little more that i had originally planned to for a gas grill, but so far am very happy with my purchase and would do it again in hindsight.  Absolutely no buyers remorse here.  I reccomend this grill.

Best Grill Grates on the market that i have seen

Well packaged and pretty easy to assemble.  Great looking grill and first cook was awesome.  You added the batteries and that is rear to have everything included especially batteries. 
Kudos. Only suggestion is a couple of screws on the diagram where used elsewhere because they looked so similar.  If you could superimpose them and put simple literature for those screws.  That would be helpful.  Your assemble videos where very helpful.  The ladies did a great job.

Cool looking Phantom.  Worth every penny.

Phantom prestige 500 is a nice grill, instructions aren't very good for assembly. I've only used it twice at this point and am happy with the performance so far

Beautiful grill. Build was straight forward. Flawless performance. The cast stainless grates were what sold it for me. My only complaint is the sear station grate has a constant issue with oxidation/rust. I have tried everything under the sun to clean/prevent it, but it remains. Otherwise, the sear station would be one of my favorite features about the grill.
