Yes, this model does lay all the way down.

They do lie completely flat and yes they are comfortable to lie on your stomach

even better quality than i though

Arrived on time and undamaged.  No assembly required.  They look great and work great.  As long as they are durable and last, which I have no reason right now to think they will not, they were a great purchase.

These chairs are amazing and the perfect size!

I have only had them a week so I can not speak to durability as they will be subject to daily sun.  However, they appear great quality and look amazing on our pool deck.  They are extremely comfortable in the sitting and lying positions.  Shipping was unbelievably fast considering it was a cross country trip.  I have already ordered another pair of these chairs so I would clearly order again:)

Very sturdy and good quality

They look good and appear well designed and constructed. Time will tell. As per the manufactures suggestion they will keep their appearance and last if you cover or store them when not being used.  The sun in South Florida can age every thing if left out .

Great lounge Chairs

Great chairs but here's the thing...they are ALOT bigger than you think....they do take up alot of room but they are great chairs and we love them!!

Huge chairs (its a good thing though)

I bought these to match the Portofino Loungers  I bought from Costco. Although they are close, they are not the same quality as the ones from Costco. They are thinner and the legs and adjustable back are of a lower quality compared with the Costco Portofino collection. 
Overall I'm glad I got them for the price and they will meet our needs. I hope they last!

These chairs are junk.  They look great out of the box, but after one season of very light use, they are all unraveling and unusable.  Once one strap breaks, they all start to break.   I bought four chairs but this will only allow me to post photos of two of the chairs; the other two are ruined as well.
