Great product especially for the price!  The bottom line is I have not experienced a company with the level of customer service that BBQ guys give you.  If you going to make your decision based on price and company I would highly highly recommend going with BBQ guys!

We purchased the appliances ahead of time and didn't get to unbox this item until about a month after receiving it. Noticed some damage on the item (dents on two corner,s the entire assembly was bend lengthwise). I contact BBQGuys customer service and they overnight shipped a new unit - really outstanding customer service.
We installed the replacement, looks great, works great.

Great product, great customer service.

If possible I'd give 2.5 stars and given the choice knowing what I know today I would have purchased something different.

Great marketing, subpar functionality

I called customer services and still waiting the call back that suppose  to be the next day. I told them I can pay the different for a better  because this is one for cook sausage and vegetables that's what the customer service said, and I'm looking for something that I xan cook everything outside, so if you don't eat vegetables or sausage don't buy this.

The worse side burner you can buy it never heatup

This is not a burner to saute or fry. Get the power burner for that. Blaze rep confirmed this is meant to warm sauces. Having mine replaced with power burner.

For warming sauces at best

I bought this side burner along with an entire outdoor kitchen-griddle, grill, sink and cabinets. Unfortunately this side burner was a huge disappointment. I tried to boil water with it and waited over 30 minutes and it never got hot enough to boil. I emailed back and forth with the technical team at BBQ Guys, sent pictures and videos. They confirmed that the burner is working correctly, but that it does not generate enough heat to cook. Disappointed, I decided to see if I could get water to boil if I kept it on longer. After an hour and 45 minutes, I gave up. I had grand visions of large pasta dinners, crab legs, low country boils etc. but unfortunately those are only pipe dreams with this inadequate side burner. Save your money.

Do not waste your money

I have tried to use this a few times since we had it professionally installed, and it will not even boil water. I have put pots of water on high on the unit for 30 minutes or more and they will not even boil. There seems to be way too much distance from the burner to the bottom of the pan because the flame does not reach that high.

Would not recommend.

While the components used in the burner appear to be of good quality there is a serious design flaw that prohibits good heat contact with the pots. The grate sits way too high above the burners. Additionally the grate sits about an inch higher than the top on the burner which allows windy to blow out the flames easily. By turning the grate upside down I am able to get much better results. I have contacted BBQGUYS to fix the grate but their have so far been unresponsive.
