While seated in the chair, the metal bar comprising the egg's cap fractured in half. It seems that a defect occurred at the weld site. The seller promptly contacted me and dispatched a replacement item via express shipping without any inquiries.

This chair was a breeze to assemble, and the elastic bungie cord that prevents you from shifting around makes it feel extremely sturdy. Extremely comfortable, and if the cushion becomes damp from precipitation, it quickly dries in the sun. Would repurchase!

Very adorable, simple to assemble, truly agreeable.

I adored the chair I purchased one of so much that I ordered another.  The second item was damaged during shipment; the business replaced it.  Extremely satisfied with the customer service.  Extensive-use chairs.  The only disadvantage is that I will need to buy sturdier cushions.  While the ones included are certainly satisfactory, I prefer those that are thicker and can be melted into.  Numerous individuals have complimented these seats.

The chair was promptly delivered and is of exceptional quality. Everything is included in the program, and the installation guide is explicit, making it a breeze to set up. Comfortable, Tough, Love it.

This is a very comfortable chair with an ideal cushion for me. I did include a small stool for my feet, as my legs are not at ground level. Nothing at my legs is now binding, and I am able to swing.

Decent yard expansion.

This chair cost more than the cheapest option, but the additional cost was well worth it. Its tremendous strength and weight effectively prevent wind from influencing it. The plastic binding on the chair appears to be sufficiently sturdy. By replacing the tools provided with a socket wrench, it was effortless to tighten every fastener. Additionally, the fabric appears to be of high quality.

It's cozy and stylish, but putting it together was a chore to say the least. The hardware and tools given for the specified holes did not fit properly and were difficult to assemble.

Such an adorable chair. However, the weaving on each side is notably dissimilar, and already several sections are unraveling. Alas, duct tape will be required to hold it together.
