I'm really happy with this item. It fits perfectly in my space, it's comfortable, I'm able to separate the loveseat and create a separate solo seating space. It works really well I'm design and sturdiness. I recommend. It did take me all day to put together, but I'm not really handy. It was well worth it. The color is not gray, more a purple, but it works. Happy with the purchase and price!

My fingers are sore and it was frustrating putting it together with the allen wrench BUT the quality and end results are well worth it. It does require a bit of thinking through the instructions before you dive in but it is worth your time. Don't rush through the assembly. Make sure you line it up before tightening all the screws (so put them each in by hand before tightening all of them with the wrench) and it is a well put together piece. Material is stiff but durable for weather. It is comfortable and easy to lounge on and I almost fell asleep. I am so in love with this purchase. I was looking at others that were 3000.00+ more and was a little scared to get this one but so happy with my choice. I never write reviews and decided for this kind of money I had to share my experience.

I love this couch!

So shipping was extremely fast, which I needed! Other review's have stated terrible instructions, I thought they were as good as any, if not better. Overkill on bolts, but I'm happy as it's sturdy as an be.  See attached pics, obviously easier with electric drill.

Solid, sturdy, product!

My experience was above and beyond great customer service, I did have an issue with the order but they more then made up for it in immediately.  The product is good quality what I would expect for the price and I would shop here again for sure.  Very happy and excited to enjoy my patio furniture all summer!

Superb customer service

Exactly as promised. The color is a nice dark brown and the cushions are comfortable.
They are light and seem durable, even though wicker is never as strong as wood.

It shipped in 2 shipments but did arrive in less than a week. It took about 2-3 hours to assemble. The back of the couch is also lower than I expected but still comfortable enough. The seat cushions aren't as cushiony as I'd like but not unbearable. It does all look nice and overall I'm happy with the purchase, considering the price. I ordered the gray set and I will say it has a bit of a deep purple/grayish hue.

Good bang for buck

It is a beautiful set, very we'll made, the only issue about it is that it doesn't have enough support for the back...if they would make a little higher in the back it would be perfect, that is my opinion...ever all it still a great deal for the price!!!

Very nice furniture for a great price! Only thing i I would like to have had a different color pillow with this set. They only offered cream which gets dirty easy. I have contacted mfg. to see if other colors can be purchased.

Don't know if I would buy it again seeing it assembled. First of all it will take you a half day to assemble the whole thing. Secondly it kinda looks more like kiddy furniture then adult. Not really wicker more like plastic
