Love this lounge chair! Super comfortable and pretty big also adjustable to 5 positions. Super easy to put together. Also great to store things under. I think I may need a cover for the cushions as my kids are a messy bunch but other than that a great addition to our pool side.

It is not an easy assembly! I finally had to hire someone to come assemble them at another additional cost $$$$. The instructions were minimal at best. And it was missing 10 of the main screws! The handyman was finally able to assemble with makeshift parts. Once assembled they are very nice looking. The assembly of these are not for the average person.....

Do not be fooled by “easy assembly”

Took a while to put them together.  Cushions are GARBAGE and torn at seams before even getting them out in.   Will have to buy new cushions for them.

Very disappointed. Just received my order and it's missing the table and instructions on how to assemble.

Missing parts and instructions

BUYER BEWARE!!!  DO NOT ORDER THESE CHAIRS  If they come damaged like mine did, Customer Service will string you along %26 eventually stops communicating altogether.  The "Contact Seller" option is the only way you can initiate a Return, they ask you questions multiple times via email, requesting photos, then requesting more photos of the box, label, and Manual with the damaged part circled %26 then stop returning messages.  NO CONTACT NUMBER is ever provided.  Through replies they continue to add on requests for photos; which I sent them photos of the damaged box, the damaged part, then later circled the Part to replace in the manual as requested, and then NOTHING.  Over a month now %26 I'm stuck with a damaged chaise.  In addition, sitting in these chairs upright doesn't work; the highest setting still has you looking at the sky. You can't drink a beverage or read in them because you're back is tilted so far back.  PIECE OF CRAP company when it comes to making things right.  Customer service is a fraud. BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible Company Do not Order

Cheaply made. The aluminum feet on the lounge chairs aren't attached so that they line up correctly. The “rattan” appears to have several spots where it will most likely unravel.  Assembling the chairs and table was labor intensive and time consuming. Shipping was supposed to take 8 days but got pushed to 16 days.

Would choose a better product.
