I absolutely love this set. Color is beautiful. Nice and sturdy. Setup was easy to put together. Just the right size for my small patio. Relaxing is great. Cannot complain at all. Shipping was excellent in this pandemic. We just love it.

Exactly what we ordered.

Very easy to assemble, and for the first time (after years of experience putting furniture together) all the screws, washers, nuts were exactly correct. All of the hardware was without damage. Chairs are sturdy and comfortable with the wide armrests. I would suggest a small pillow to add lumbar support to the back cushion. My wife was happy to shop for additional throw pillows.

The new balcony deck is now complete.

Perfect! Just the right size for my front porch...love it. Packed excellent!

What a perfect set!

I received the set in two boxes.  Set up was relatively easy.  I put the whole set together in a couple of hours.  The furniture itself seems pretty sturdy.  The cushions are not as thick or comfortable as they appear in the picture but I may be able to stuff them.  I would recommend the set.  Its definitely worth the money.

We've had better quality with our other wicker patio sets that were half the price. 
Cushions feel like cement

Bad quality

Overall I like the set. The back cushion has no stuffing. The bottom cushions have zippers but the back cushions do not. I wanted to add a firmer pillow for support. The instructions were difficult to follow. Was not easy the put together. I will be shopping for a supportive pillow 😖

Disappointed

The set looks lovely. However it was very difficult to put together because most of the holes were blocked by the chair material and had to be located and an awl used to hold the material away from the hole to inserts the screws. Terrible engineering.
My other complaint is that one of the back cushions is a lot thinner than the other one. I requested a replacement, sent them a photo of the two cushions side by side and the said they would contact the warehouse to replace it. That was a month or more ago and I have not heard another word. The thin back cushion makes the one chair uncomfortable because the back edge of the chair is hard and can be felt through the cushion. 
The set looks very pretty but it took 2 men about 12 hours to put together. Not for the faint of heart.
