I've have this set for a couple of years and love the lasagentte cutter but have challenges with the capellini cutter. While the capellini cutter saves more time than using my Kitchenaid Pasta Press with spaghetti attachment, the pasta dough continues to get stuck in the body of the cutter. I continue to let it dry completely and use the brush and toothpicks to try to clean it but it has minimal impact. After a few years of use, the dried pieces have accumulated to the point that it sounds like a rattle, attracts bugs in storage, and I no longer want to use it.

Saves time but cleaning is difficult

The plastic "combs" that are supposed to scrape the dough off the rollers instead got "sucked" back inside the cutter by the dough. I removed them, unscrewed it apart, put it back together, and tried again with more dough... only to have it happen again!

I switched to the fettuccine and had more luck. But these plastic scrapers are the weakest link in the whole thing.

Spaghetti "combs" stuck inside the cutter

I think a lot of china retailer products are of better quality than those. I also got the pasta sheet roller, which broke after first use. Its pretty disappointing after you spent so much money and expect premium products. The linguine cutter is the only one that works at least somewhat good. The spaghetti cutters were immediately blocked with dough and the 'plastic' hooks on the bottom fell out. Took me almost 45 minutes to clean that mess! I don't know who designed this, but its a total fail. I try to return the items but can only advise everybody to stay away.

Don't waste your money

Got this set as a Christmas present for my husband. 
We used once, it worked great.
We used it the second time & in the middle of using the angel hair cutter, it fell apart.
I have other sets, they have the metal instead of the plastic.

Cheaply made

I got it as part of a set for Christmas and used it once and I had good success, when I tried to use it today the pasta kept winding around the rollers and it was impossible to get any good strands of pasta, I'm really disappointed with it and am ready to go back to my hand crank machine.
